Lesson Plan
Students have knowledge about sound /s/ and /a/. They also know words that start with these sounds and they know how to
write sound /s/ in capital and small cases. Students also learnt the morning routine in English in the first two weeks of school.
Students are able to say Im a boy/girl and their age
Lesson Activities: (What will students do in the lesson?)
Small groups activities:
Activity 1: Students will have an apple picture, some ants, plate, glue and scissor. Students will cut the apple and stick it on
the plate then they will cut the ants and stick them on the apple to create ants on an apple craftwork.
Activity 2: Students will have gloves and a ball with sound /a/ on it. One student will wear a glove and the other will throw the
ball, the student who catch the ball will say the sound and a word that start with a sound. Students will take turns until they
all do it.
Activity 3: There will be a cube that has sound /a/ and its pictures. Students will throw the cube, if they got sound /a/ they will
say the sound and do the action of it, however if they got a picture they will say what it is and they will say the sound.
