Introduction
Almost every work and tasks done by people today are already
accompanied by machines. Using these machines, their works become
easier and is done in the shortest possible time. These machines
also act as storage of their important files. Also, using machines
connected to the internet, people can work at home and earn money
without leaving their houses.
This study aims to find out a faster, easier, and safer way
of paying electric bills. Specifically, it answers the following

Project Specification
For the use of Personal computers, the program is compatible
only to Windows 7 and higher. And the device should have at least
2GB of Random Access Memory (RAM). And for android devices, the
application is compatible to Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and higher and
should have at least 1GB of RAM for the application to work
smoothly. The device should also be connected to the internet for
it to use the application.

The new process of paying electric bills can reduce the man
power needed to facilitate the issuance and payment of bills and
it is more accessible to those who are busy in their respective
jobs especially now that it is available online.

Billings is the process of sending an invoice to customers for

Innovation can be defined simply as a new idea or method.
Machine an apparatus consisting of interrelated parts with
separate functions, used in the performance of some kind of work.
Random Access Memory (RAM) is a form of computer data storage
which stores frequently used program instruction to increase the
general speed of a system.
System is a set of interacting or interdependent component parts
forming a complex or intricate whole.
Technology is a collection of techniques, skills, method,
and process used in the production of goods or service.
