Beginning the Lesson
Opening: Divid students into group of 4 people
Question them what is the stuff they like which is in rectangle
shape.

Ask students what does a rectangle look like.

Developing the Lesson

-Show students how to draw a rectangle in two different colors.


1. Make sure the length are same, and width are same.
2. Every corners of the rectangle shall be 90 degree.
-calculate the perimeter of a rectangle.
1. Length+ length+width+width= perimeter
2. Length*2+width*2
=(length+width)*2
Closing the Lesson
Quiz: draw a rectangle, the length of the rectangle is 3cm, the width is 4cm.
Calculate the perimeter of this rectangle
Students will grade each other, get feedback from students and then
explain how to do this question.
