Course Linear Algebra: The first part which is Linear Algebra
Description: consists of topics: Matrices and determinants, systems of
linear equations with emphasis on existence of solutions and
trivial and non-trivial solutions, eigenvalues and eigenvectors
with their applications.

Ordinary Differential Equations: The topics included are:

First Order Ordinary Differential Equations, Linear Differential
Equations of Higher Order, Non-Homogeneous Linear ODEs
with constant coefficients, Non-Homogeneous Linear ODEs
with variable coefficients. Laplace transforms, Inverse Laplace
Transforms and their application to solve initial and boundary
value problems are also included in the syllabus
After completing this course, students will be able to select
Outcomes:
an appropriate and efficient method for solving linear system
of equations. This type of systems usually arise in circuit
analysis, computer graphics etc. They will be able to handle
with the eigenvalue problems which are extensively studied
for example in resonance and vibration theory. The knowledge
of Ordinary Differential Equations will provide them a strong
tool for Mathematical Modeling. They will possess reasonable
knowledge of Laplace transforms which will not only
facilitate them to solve ODEs but also help them to study
further engineering/technological concepts.
