Manager (Procurement & Inputs) :


Graduate in Vety. Science & Animal Husbandry or Dairy
Technology/Dairy Extension with 7-10 years experience in organizing cooperatives, planning and implementation of extension activities &
delivery of technical inputs. One should have at least 3 years experience
in relevant field in an independent position. Post Graduate diploma in
Co-operation / Rural Development will be preferred. Knowledge of
computer operations would be an added advantage.

5.

Manager (Plant Operations):


Post Graduate /graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology /
Engineering with 7-10 years experience in Medium / Large sized multi
product Dairy / Food processing plant, of which at least 3 years should
be in an independent position, with proven track record. In depth
knowledge of ISO systems and Food Laws along with computer
operations are essential. Degree / Diploma in Management would be
added advantage. Person would be responsible for complete Plant
Operations.

Manager (Quality Assurance):


Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Dairy Technology / Dairy
Chemistry /Food Technology, with 7-10 years experience in Quality
Assurance Department of Dairy/Food processing plant, with minimum 3
years experience at a senior position. One should be well acquainted
with the laws governing the food processing industry. Preference will be
given to those having knowledge of ISO/HACCP GLP. Basic knowledge of
computer operations is essential.

Asstt. Manager (Total Quality Management):


Graduate / PG in Science/Dairy Science / Dairy Technology/Food
Science/Food Technology having 7-10 years of experience in
operation/quality assurance department of a dairy Food industry. Out of
which should have worked as MR for 5 years as management
representative and should have complete knowledge of ISO.

8.

Assistant Manager (Engineering):


Candidate should be Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical
or Dairy Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in Dairy Plant
maintenance / utility operations in a large sized products manufacturing
Dairy Plant.
Candidate should be well versed with statutory requirements, energy
conservation and pollution control techniques. The candidates having
boiler proficiency certificate, knowledge of instrumentation and auto
control, ISO and computer operations shall be given preference.

9.

Animal Nutrition Officer:


Qualification: B.V.Sc. / M.V.Sc. / M.Sc. (Animal Nutrition). Proficiency
in computer operations is essential.
Experience: Candidate should have 5-8 years post-qualification handson experience in areas of sampling and testing of raw material and
finished products, estimation of raw material requirement, work out least
cost formula and accordingly oversee the production quality, statutory
compliance to environmental norms and pollution norms, co-ordination
with Pollution Control Board, co-ordination with R & D Department,
monitoring and implementation of quality monitoring parameters,
rectification and corrective measures of any deviation of set specification
norms. Candidates with B.V.Sc. qualification should have 8-10 years
above mentioned post-qualification relevant experience.

10. Quality Control Officer:


Qualification: B. Tech. (DT) or B. Sc. (DT).

have hands-on experience in areas like preparation and standardization
of chemicals/reagents, testing of milk, checking of milk for adulteration

test/bacteriological test for water, Quality test for RMT/SILO milk,
Testing of pouch milk, milk products, incoming tanker milk, Dispatch
quality of all milk/milk products, Microbial tests and report generation
Swab test for silo/RMT tanker/packaging material, preparation and
sterilization of culture media/glass wares, Testing of pouch milk, milk
products, incoming tanker milk, Other tests and report generation-Test
for air quality for product section, Quality test of incoming edible
material, packaging material/poly film, Quality test of all milk testing
equipments in TIP store, Calibration of glass wares/temperature gauge
and pressure gauges, Monitoring of temperature of cold store / Deep
Freeze, Maintenance of EMTs. Candidate should have good knowledge of
Quality management Systems, Food Safety Standards and Food Safety
and Standards Act 2006 and Food Safety & Standards Rules 2011.
B. Tech (DT) candidates should have 5-8 years and B. Sc.(DT) should
have 7-10 years post qualification relevant experience.

11. Legal Officer:
Qualification: Any Graduate with Bachelor of Law Degree (B.L./LLB 5
Years course) from the recognized University. Additional qualification such
as Degree/Diploma in Co-operative Laws, Labour Laws and contracts etc
will be given preference. Knowledge of computer operations is essential.
Experience: Candidate should have 4-7 years post-qualification relevant
experience. Candidate should have hands-on experience in handling civil,
criminal, co-operative and labour cases independently, attending
arbitration proceedings, drafting internal legal agreements, petitions,
appeals, etc. He should be well versed with Court Procedures and should
be able to file papers in the appropriate courts in consultation with
Advocate. Knowledge of local language is must.

12. Officer (Finance & Costing):


Qualification: Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered
Accounts of India (CA)/ Institute of Cost & Work Accountants of India
(ICWAI) OR Degree in commerce with MBA (Finance). Knowledge of
computer operations is essential.
Experience: Candidate should have 4-7 years post qualification
experience in costing of products, handling Accounts and Taxation of a
medium sized organization.

Age Limit: 30-35 years.

13. Stores Officer:


BE (Production / Mechanical / Electrical). Preference will be given to
candidates with post-graduate degree/diploma in materials management.
Proficiency in computer operations is essential.
Experience: Candidate should have 5-8 years post-qualification hands-on
experience in inventory management, goods receipt and inspection,
issuing material, monthly/yearly reporting related to financial
requirements, compliance of audit requirements, managing finished
products stock and dispatches as per demand, up keeping of general
stores in large sized organization.

14. HR Officer:
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and a Post Graduate degree in
Social Welfare / Business Management with specialization in Personnel
Management / Industrial Relations OR Post Graduate Degree / Diploma
of minimum 2 years duration in Personnel Management / Industrial
Relations / HRM.

Age limit: 25-30 years.

16.

Officer (Bacteriologist):
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Microbiology or Dairy
Microbiology/Food Microbiology from a recognized University having 2-3
years experience of working in a laboratory of the Medium/Large sized
Dairy Plant dealing in Milk & Milk Products. Knowledge of ISO,
computer applications is essential.
Pay Scale: 7000-300-10,300-EB-330-13,600-EB-350-17,450.
Age limit: 25-30 years.

Besides the Basic Pay, the post carry DA (current rate 107%), House Rent
Allowance, employer contribution of EPF, Professional Development
Allowance, Medical Allowance, Canteen Allowance and other benefits as per
the rules of the Sangh. Relaxation in age limit, experience and higher start
may be considered in exceptionally deserving cases. The pay-scales are due
