Daily Network Health Monitoring and accordingly taking action on key performance Indicator
parameters (e.g. SDCH Drop and TCH Drop, HO failures) to meet the Network benchmarks.
Analysis of cells having SDCCH congestion, high HO failure ratio, high TCH drop rate.
Handover analysis based on handover reports.

Interference detection & rectification.
Familiar with network Quality report, Hardware Demising report and other report which
necessary to improve the KPI.
Analyzing logs for Interference, Call Drops, Handoff failures, IRAT Handover failures,
Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power , Common Pilot Channel Ec/No,
Scrambling Code and defining Neighbors(3G & 2G Both), Check relation b/w 3G and 2G etc.
Responsible for monitoring performance counters to maintain all KPIs such as Access success
rate, CSSR, CDR, Traffic CS/PS, HOSR.
Analysis of drive test data, identify weak coverage/quality areas, call related issues (CS/PS setup
time, pilot pollution, interference Ec/Io, missing neighbor, call drops, RAB establishment issues,
less throughput.
Analyzing Log files and generate report, co-ordination and field optimization for Du in Dubai
on Nokia Equipment.
Analyzing the drive test log files . The activities included foot printing of all the sites in order to
control the site overshoot, cell dragging, interference elimination, monitoring of Rx quality, layer
3 messages, two way neighbor relations, locating handover failures, call drops, call blocks,
coverage holes, improving and expanding coverage areas.
Analyzing detailed analysis for 2G/3G drive testing.
Managing drive test team for Dubai region and coordinating them as per optimizer request for
drive of the network
Post processing of drive logs using Map Info and TEMS,Actix Analyzer.
Map info professional tool used for taking plots for the related drive and for making and
updating site.
Managing and accepting the swap sites and ensure that they are meeting the kpis of the sites.
Work as RNO Engineer (LTE) at Glotech Int Philippine in (Northern
Mindanao, Philippines) on Globe (TDD & FDD) Project(April 2015 to Dec
2015).
Key responsibilities include.
Responsible for SSV and Cluster Pre & Post Testing and Optimization.
Handling customer complaint, issue rectification and final recommendation.
Handling SSV issues like Coverage, Throughput, CSFB, IRAT redirection and Ping delay.
Performed DT logs analysis.
Performed Soft & Hard parameter optimization to improve RSRP & SINR
Identify LTE coverage hole and perform parameter optimization.
