EXECUTIVE MSc IN FINANCE

EXECUTIVE EDUCATION

THE FINANCIAL
CRISIS HAS PROVED
THAT MORE THAN
EVER - SKILLS NEED
TO BE UPDATED.

The HEC Paris Executive MSc in Finance is a full-fledged master

in finance taught in a part-time (modular) format and with
a strong focus on corporate finance. It is run in collaboration
with the London School of Economics (LSE), which HEC Paris is
already partnering with for the leading TRIUM Executive MBA.
The program is comprised of three parts. The first three weeks
of the program cover fundamentals in corporate finance and
investments. The next three weeks cover topics outside pure
financial techniques but nevertheless necessary for CFOs who
wish to take on greater responsibilities in the years to come.
These topics include a module on macroeconomic analysis
and country risks taught by the LSE Faculty in London and a
corporate strategy module taught by the HEC Paris Faculty in
Doha. The last part of the program covers advanced topics such
as restructuring, cross-border M&A, convertible debt and real
options. It also includes an intensive three-day workshop on
negotiation. In addition to global content and world-class faculty,
HEC Paris Executive MSc in Finance participants get excellent
networking opportunities and exposure to leading finance and
banking practitioners. If you would like to become part of the
global elite in finance, then this rigorous 14-month program is
the one for you!
