This project is based upon a case study for PJ Enterprises, per the case study
presented in the Cox text.

Project Description
Per the case study outlined in the Cox text, the scope of this project is to develop a
training that is to be completed by employees prior to an upcoming catalog
mailing. We have been hired to design, develop and deliver a learning program
for the telephone operators, (Cox, 2009) with a target audience of customer
service supervisors and operators. This course will replace a previous face-to-face
training program, which was delivered by the individuals who will serve as subject
matter experts for this project. A $400,000 budget has been set for the project, with
an end goal of increasing sales.
