Responsibilities
Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Lead account planning process that develops account strategy, financial targets, and critical milestones

Deep understanding of customer's business environment, and proactively assess, clarify, and validate
customer needs on an ongoing basis
Pipeline development through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector
knowledge/intelligence
Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals within designated market sectors
Engage with prospect organizations to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling,
business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
Generate short-term results whilst maintaining long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue
generation
Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery
Required Skills
Extensive, relevant experience selling enterprise software solutions with a major software vendor
Successful history of net direct new business sales, with proven ability to consistently deliver against
targets
Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement
Credibility at all levels, including CXO
Fluency in English
CRM application sales or vertical industry sector experience essential
Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team

Responsibilities
Develop Database Sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in the defined customer territory
Promote and evangelize Oracle products to selected customers, partners, and internal audiences
Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales
Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage
Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories
Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships
Engage with Pre-Sales support for customer meetings to develop customer discussions further
Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists
Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions
Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Required Skills
3 to 4 years of experience in direct software sales
Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services
Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
Knowledge of Oracle products preferred but not essential
Fluency in English

Several years applicable experience including 5 or more years of technology sales experience

Good organizational and planning ability, setting and managing priorities
Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business
