    Rajesh Jujare, a seasoned professional carries over 20
    years rich experience in Project Management, Business
    Development, Tendering, Planning & Scheduling, Quantity
    Surveying, Contract Management with well known
    organizations, nationally and internationally.

    Pandurang Tathele, over 16 years of hard core and
    dedicated experience in Quality Control and Quality
    Assurance with renowned companies in Mumbai.

    concept for project administration. The Project Manager
    is the primary interface between the Client and place of
    work, the Site. TPM takes responsibility for all the project
    related activities.
    At TPM, Technical and commercial risk on projects are
    mitigated by utilizing senior level personnel, engineers
    those have vast experience in High rise projects of large
    scale and majorly belonging to contracting fraternities.
    Our basic execution strategy provides for an independent
    review of all engineering deliverables. The TPM
    management also participates in periodical project
    review meetings and provides technical guidance and
    oversight to ensure all project objectives are met.

    TPM will plan the project using Computerized Scheduling
    Software and Standardized scheduling processes. We can
    plan, implement and manage constructability reviews,
    contracting strategies, and site services strategies.

    QUALITY MANAGEMENT
    At TPM, we lay utmost importance on confirmation of
    quality of materials used and the workmanship in
    accordance with the specifications.

    TPM commits towards delivering health, safety and
    committed workforce logistics alongwith equipped stores
    management.

    - Ensure documentation of quality procedures implemented.
    - Conduct periodic "quality meetings" to maintain preset quality standards.
    - Check that product guarantees are available.
    - Inspect completed works and recommend action.
