 Managing Shell Retail Program of $18 Mln for 2021.
 Responsible for building together a team of 38 direct reports, including, HSSE, PMs, FEs, Design
team and Control team for the program delivery.
 Responsible for Feasibility studies input CWP, Quality, ITP, Closeout of Projects for Shell.

 Led a $550Mln Capital project. Contact Holder for Construction Installation Contractor (CIC)
worth $160 Mln contract.
 Led the implementation of the Scope as per detailed engineering, material Management
/Procurement construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the facilities
in conformance with Project Schedule, incorporating changes to specifications after relevant
approvals.
 Led the constructability Review with Project Team for different areas.
 Successfully monitored construction productivity, cost and schedule performance for schedule
delivery.
 Led the EPF, EPC and CIC Contractors for deliverables like, NGL Trains, Camp, ISBL and OSBL
