CASCADE EEC Camp Contract

I promise that I will be a good representative of my school and a good camper by: Respecting the rights and property of others. Moving quietly and sensibly around the camp. Listening attentively to teachers and other adults. Behaving sensibly in the coach and at the camp. Completing all tasks to the best of my ability. I Understand That I Must: Wear shoes at all times. Not leave the area without the teachers permission. Take care of my own personal possessions and keep my bed and tent clean at all times. Stay with my group during all activities. Keep away from rock ledges, cliff faces and roads. Not throw stones or other articles at any time. I understand that if I do not keep this contract I may be asked to leave the camp and my parents/guardians be asked to come and pick me up. By doing these things I am contributing to my learning and the success of the camp. Signed________________________Date:_______

MAKING A

SOUND MAP

History of Cascade

Find a spot by yourself.

Mark your spot by placing an X in the centre of this page.

Be really still and quiet. Draw the sounds on your map. Use a symbol to describe the sound. LISTEN TO THE SOUNDS OF NATURE AROUND YOU. Close sounds will be near your X and distant sounds will be near the edge of your paper.

Artefacts Dig
Take care to colour the birds accurately
