    March 15th March 18th
    Reading:

    This week we continued to review the reading wall as well as the old word family.
    Students are continuing to study their sight words and using multiple strategies
    when decoding words.
    Math:

    This week we continued to studied 3D shapes as well as starting our measurement


    and data unit. Students are practicing measuring objects with non-standard units.
    Writing:

    We are continuing to work on our informational writing unit. This week we did a fun
    How to Catch a Leprechaun writing.
    Inquiry:

    This week we continued to work on our health unit. Students studied the different
    food groups and practiced classifying different foods into their food group.
