Important News:
Students will be beginning their
biography research this week. On Friday, they will
be selecting someone that they will write a
biography on. The culmination of this experience
will be our living wax museum, which will take
place on March 17th and 18th. Please look for
information coming home on Friday about this
exciting learning experience.
***VOLUNTEERS NEEDED***
*Tie Dye Spirit Wear T-Shirts: I have the t-shirts,
the tie-dye and the rubber bands. Im looking for
someone with time to create the tie dye shirts and
dye them. Please let me know if you could help us
out with this.
*Carnival: We are coming in to the Carnivale
season in Italy. I dont know much about it but I
bought masks for the students to decorate. Im
looking for some parents that would be willing to
come in and teach a short lesson about Carnivale
and help lead the craft. I want the students to
understand the significance of the mask in addition
to making it.
*Prepping Volunteer: Any parents willing to share
an hour of time (any day or time) during the week?
Let me know and I will schedule you to help our
room shine.
Please be sure to sign your childs
agenda nightly as well as their reading log. They
should be reading their RC book on their level.
