The main goal of the project includes in depth examination of strategic sales
process of OLPERS MILK which is a product of Engro Foods, main objectives
involves study of the marketing strategy, pricing strategy used for the product,
which distribution channels were used, promotional activities and campaigns,
finding out the flaws in strategy and recommendations for the improvement.
