    World Leprosy Day is annually observed all around the world on the last week of
    January. In connection to this may we ask your approval for the conduct of advocacy
    and free consultation to the identified patients and their families on January 28,
    2015, 1:00 P.M. at Santiago City Ambulatory Clinic. This activity aims to
    increase public awareness of the fact that leprosy can now be easily prevented and
    cured. We have invited________, the Regional Leprosy Coordinator and___, a
    dermatologist to conduct the advocacy and consultation respectively.
    Moreover, may we also request snacks for the sixty-five (65) participants of the said
    activity.
