JOB SUMMAR23 To achieve the goals of the !usiness !y develo"ing and im"lementing the Human Resources strategy of the hotel, and su""orting the GM in all HR res"onsi!ilities and issues# At ######### Resort, $e are "roud to re"resent our hotel and our country to guests from all over the $orld# %e treat our guests and our colleagues $ith res"ect, and $or& hard together to deliver the highest 'uality of service to all# DUTIES AND RESPONSIBI0ITIES3 This is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to !e done# #######hotel em"loyees al$ays loo& for ne$ $ays to meet the needs and $ishes of our guests and "rovide them $ith an excellent stay# %e al$ays su""ort our colleagues across all de"artments# Strategy and (lanning la$ -earning + Develo"ment -iaise $ith Training manager to identify staff training and develo"ment needs, and to source interventions that meet these needs om"ensation + .enefits /m"lement cor"orate "rinci"les and "ut in "lace local "olicies + "rocesses /m"lement and monitor any em"loyee incentive schemes (rovide HR in"ut to the overall Hotel !usiness "lan and control the HR com"onents of this "lan on an ongoing !asis HR )"erations Ensure the HR o"erational "olicies and "rocesses are adhered to and the local as"ects of these are continuously im"roved Manage all activities concerning* Sourcing + Recruitment, ,o! design, "erformance management, staff disci"line, and administration Manage the HR o"eration !ased on a detailed and u"-to-date understanding of local la!our

Manage the communication of &ey messages, !usiness strategy, and vision and values to all em"loyees and encourage and ena!le feed!ac& Set u" and !e the "rimary "oint of contact for the em"loyee communications committee# Maintain a "ositive relationshi" $ith staff re"resentatives#

HR Systems )$nershi" Ensure that the hotel is ma&ing the most of the in house Human Resource Management System 0HRMS1, including the Management /nformation ca"a!ility of the "roduct

Em"loyee Accommodation and Trans"ort Su"ervise and coordinate all matters of staff accommodation, facilities, and trans"ort# Escalate issues as re'uired to the GM and Excom on a timely !asis# Security Su"ervise and coordinate all matters of hotel security# Escalate issues as re'uired to the GM and Excom on a timely !asis#

Health, Hygiene, and Safety Su"ervise and coordinate all matters of adherence to HH+S "olicy# Escalate issues as re'uired to the GM and Excom on a timely !asis#
