    Welcome to the 2013 Zion Waysides 6th grade Volleyball Tournament!!!

    This years format will be pool play, 2 games to 21, cap at 21; Play-off round is Best 2 out of 3 to 15. The top 2 teams in each pool will advance, plus 2 wildcard teams. The two wildcard teams will be chosen from the three 3 rd place teams based on the tie-breaking system. 1. 2. 3. 4. Pool 1 Wayside Trinity Two Rivers Rantoul Pool 2 1. Bethany 2. Immanuel 3. Pilgrim 4. Kiel Pool 3 (played @ Morrison) 1. Newtonburg 2. Morrison 3. Algoma 4. Reedsville Pool Play 8:30 1 vs. 2 10:30 1 vs. 4 9:10 3.vs. 4 11:10 2 vs. 4 9:50 2 vs. 3 11:50 1 vs. 3

    Please note that pool 3 is played at Zion Lutheran Morrison. We want to start the playoff round no later than 1pm, depending on when pool play ends. We want to allow the Morrison teams ample time to travel and warm up. We will be using a normal size volleyball, used by the A teams in our league. Net height will be 6 8. Before your first game there will be a 5 minute warm-up time. There will be 3 minutes between matches. There will be a $1.00 admission charge for high school age and up. Please bring your own practice balls. There will be 10 individual medals for the top 4 teams. We will have a full concession stand available. Please no carry-ins of any kind.
