A Man Called Ove

It took me a few chapters to warm up to this book, as it might if a curmudgeon like Ove, moved in next door...but, by the end, it had moved me to tears! If you loved it as well and have not yet read "The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Frye" by Rachel Joyce and its sequel "The Love Song of Miss Queenie Hennessy", I suggest you do! But, read BOTH, and read them in order, to get the most emotional punch! Going to look for the Swedish movie, " A Man Called Ove" next!

I watched the Swedish movie immediately after I read the book and the Ove actors did such a great job of bringing Ove to the screen. Great review, Jayme 😊
