INTRODUCTION
I wrote this book to introduce young readers to the soul and invite the child and parent to reflect on the human trinity: God, body, and soul.
Although most religions teach the existence of the soul, the soul remains mysterious. Explaining the soul to a child is challenging and I will endeavor to assist using the Universal Spiritual Laws.
There is an intended progression in the stories, I recommend reading the stories in order because the complexity of the soul increases as you advance in the book.
After reading this book, your child will have a basic understanding that will help him/her to consciously connect with the soul. The more connected we become the more guidance we receive to succeed in our life mission.
The nine stories cover the laws of Attraction, Personal Responsibility, Polarity, Ego, Conscience, Karma, Giving, Oneness, and Forgiveness. Now, let Cate, Emma, Cesar, Jesse, Zach, et al. come to life and guide you through.

Bedtime Isabella!
yelled dad from downstairs.
Come up and read me a bedtime story dad, pleeease,
responded Isabella from her bedroom.
Do you need a story tonight?
asked dad.
I sure do dad, pleeease,
replied Isabella.
Dad went up and sit in bed with Isabella, OK, here we go.
Not too long ago and not too far away a sunny country was ruled by a cruel dictator named Hugo. Dictator Hugo was nice to those who submitted to his will and unforgiven to those who challenged his authority. However, those who submitted to his demand for unconditional obedience weren’t safe, for Hugo was moody and unpredictable.
Hugo liked to drive around the capital city in a black SUV along with his secretary and two bodyguards to see how the country was doing. One day, he drove by Hunger St. where he noticed a street vendor, he seemed to enjoy himself offering his handmade braided beads bracelets made of leather cords. Men, women, and kids stopped to see the bracelets tied around long cardboard tubes displayed on the floor over a square piece of felt fabric. The artisan seemed to be well-liked and he was doing well with his trade. He had long gray hair and dressed like a hippie from the 60s; floral shirt, boot cut jeans, headband bandana, and sandals.
Hugo didn’t like him right away and that same day ordered his secretary to forbid street sellers in Hungry St.
Why dad?
asked Isabella.
I don’t know, let’s read on and see what develops,
replied dad.
The next week, Hugo drove by Hunger St. again and all street sellers were gone, Hugo approved the uncluttered sidewalks and told his secretary that most street sellers were scammers and thieves, and they didn’t pay taxes.
Hugo spotted the hippie street seller standing at the door of a hat store, what is he doing there?
asked Hugo.
His name is Cesar,
responded Hugo’s secretary, I guess he is working at the hat store.
This time, Cesar wasn’t wearing a bandana but a Bob Dylan’s magical flowers hat, Cesar was having a good time selling the store’s hats and his bracelets.
Hugo instructed his secretary to check if the store had all permits current and all taxes paid, and to make sure the owner knew he didn’t like Cesar.
The following week there was no sign of Cesar in Hunger St. then Hugo asked his secretary to find him. The next day the secretary informed the Dictator that Cesar was selling bracelets outside a High School and the kids were buying them at a brisk pace. Hugo ordered
