    Readers find this title to be a great book with well-rounded and interesting characters. The narrator does an amazing job. The Grandpa is a funny and enjoyable part of the book. It is a highly recommended read, especially for fans of police procedure/thrillers. The story picks up well from the first book and keeps readers hooked. The plot is focused and the protagonist, Zoe, becomes more collected and confident. Overall, it is a great follow-up to the first Zoe story.

      Loved it! Fast paced and tense, with things gradually falling into place! Author has also gained more points when he mentions early Genesis with P. Gabriel! which I absolutely love :) Narrator was super good as well. On to the next one!

      I like the book. Good true crime without a lot of drinking cursing and sex. Just a good whodunit. Characters were personable and worked well together. The granddad was my favorite character!

      The story picks up a week or two after the events of the 1st book ends... Zoe is on her toes and can't seem to focus as she keeps looking for clues on Glover for she wont rest until he is behind bars.... that is until she is called to investigate a case involving a killer burying his victims alive and broadcasting them on live video for the world to see.
      can she and Tatum work the clues as fast as possible in order to save the next victim while still keeping tabs on Glover's where about?
      the story line is more focused than in the 1st book and Zoe seems to be more collected and less uncertain about her abilities in figuring out the killer's mind and being around Tatum seems to be loosening her up and making her more human as well as opening up to him, which seems to be consolidating their partnership as well as making them sync with each other.
      I for one am looking forward to reading more of their adventure and can't wait for the next book slated to be released on June 23rd 2020.
