Happy Wednesday! How can we be just one week away from Christmas??? I can't believe this time next week we'll be in the thick of celebrating. Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my Christmas home tour so far, today I'm sharing our Entry with you. I actually shared this space before Thanksgiving on Instagram so if you follow there you might have seen it already. But of course after I posted it there I changed and added a few things, so here's what I ended up with! You'll probably see my big stars in this spot every year- I love the color and interest they add to an otherwise blank space. I've bought most of mine at Ikea over the years and occasionally there will be a year when Target carries some. They are usually just come in white or gold, though, so I've spray painted several of mine. Multiple very light coats is the key, and by the time you've had them hung for a month they are plenty dry and cured to fold up and store......

2024 CHRISTMAS HOME TOUR || DINING ROOM AND CHRISTMAS TABLESCAPE
It's the craziest most wonderful time of the year... right??? Amidst all of the hustle and bustle I hope you are having some moments here and there to slow down and take in the wonders and small delights of the season. Today I'm happy to be sharing this year's Christmas Dining Room and Christmas tablescape with you. As usual, there's no lack of color or pattern! I love adding pink poinsettias to my Christmas table, I somehow missed the medium size that I like this year and could only find one, so I filled up the rest of the center with loads of tabletop trees- I made the green ones and a friend was giving away the gold ones- love! The others are a variety that I've collected over the years. I always add some ornaments to the teacups inside my China Cabinet, but this year I decked out the top, too! The large "bows" on the brass ginger jars are more of the satin table runners (I bunch them up just like a ribbon bow and tie the middle with a ......

2024 CHRISTMAS HOME TOUR || FRONT PORCH
Hello friends! I've been a busy little bee over here decorating for days... and I'm still working on it! I'm pretty slow... I get caught up in all of the details and just do a little at a time in between the rest of life! Every year I intend to be done early and here were are on December 11 and I'm still working to finish up... but I do have some spaces ready to start sharing with you, so enjoys today's tour of our Christmas Front Porch! Although I'm sure I'm too late in sharing to give you any inspiration for this year, I hope you'll pin some ideas from this post that you can use next year as you decorate. I have a question at the end of the post for you... would love your feedback! Honestly, my porch is pretty similar to last year. I switched out some of the bows, make some minor tweaks to the wreath and styling but I just love this look! It was also a huge bonus to pull it out of the tub already mostly assembled and not have to st......

JEWEL TONES THANKSGIVING TABLE 2024
It's so hard to believe that we're less than a week away from Thanksgiving! Earlier this week I set a Thanksgiving Table and am excited to share it with you today. I used some warmer tones for Fall but there are still plenty of pops of color. I had planned to get some flowers to use as part of the centerpiece, but the magnolia leaves from my friend's tree that I shared with you recently were still looking so good I decided to trim them shorter and just use them all down the center of the table. As I often like to do, rather than fully covering the table with a tablecloth, I folded the edges of a strip of fabric under and used that for a base. Then I layered a strip of paper with a cane printed pattern on top. It was sold as a "paper table runner" several years ago at Hobby Lobby, I'm not sure if they still carry it or not. However, it's essentially wrapping paper so you could use any color or pattern you like and just trim the width. That'......
