Audio steganography is focused in hiding secret information in an innocent cover audio file or signal securely and strongly. Communication security and robustness are vital for transmitting important information to authorized entities, while denying access to not permitted ones. By embedding secret information using an audio signal as a cover medium, the very existence of secret information is hidden away during communication. This is a serious and vital issue in some applications such as battlefield communications and banking transactions. In a computer-based audio steganography system, secret messages are embedded in digital sound. The secret message is embedded by slightly altering the binary sequence of a sound file. Existing audio steganography software can embed messages in WAV, AU, and even MP3 sound files. Abstract
Introduction There has been a phenomenal worldwide increase in the development and use of mobile health applications (mHealth apps) that monitor menstruation and fertility. Critics argue that many of the apps are inaccurate and lack evidence from either clinical trials or user experience. The aim of this scoping review is to provide an overview of the research literature on mHealth apps that track menstruation and fertility.

Methods This project followed the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews. The ACM, CINAHL, Google Scholar, PubMed and Scopus databases were searched for material published between 1 January 2010 and 30 April 2019. Data summary and synthesis were used to chart and analyse the data.

Results In total 654 records were reviewed. Subsequently, 135 duplicate records and 501 records that did not meet the inclusion criteria were removed. Eighteen records from 13 countries form the basis of this review. The papers reviewed cover a variety of disciplinary and methodological frameworks. Three main themes were identified: fertility and reproductive health tracking, pregnancy planning, and pregnancy prevention.

Conclusions Motivations for fertility app use are varied, overlap and change over time, although women want apps that are accurate and evidence-based regardless of whether they are tracking their fertility, planning a pregnancy or using the app as a form of contraception. There is a lack of critical debate and engagement in the development, evaluation, usage and regulation of fertility and menstruation apps. The paucity of evidence-based research and absence of fertility, health professionals and users in studies is raised.

Looking at developing countries, it is obvious that most of them fall behind the rest of the world in terms of development due to several reasons such as poverty, illiteracy and poor economic conditions in general. In terms of information and communication technology evolution which has been transforming the world since the early 1980s, the developing world lags behind on this front too. Citizens of developing nations can not afford to buy their own personal computers, and if they did, they can not buy additional peripherals and tools required to capitalize on the advantages that information technology can bring to individuals, organizations and the society at large. Moreover, the information and communication technology infrastructure on the ground does not enable developing countries to realize the benefits that could also be obtained through the Internet and the World Wide Web within the newly emerging digital economy. This paper reports the findings of a market study  that covers the perception of the Internet in general and Internet cafés in specific to the local community in Egypt. The study focused on two major research issues; the assessment of the perception of the community of the usefulness of Internet cafés in information and communication technology awareness and diffusion and the feasibility of establishing an Internet Café from an investment perspective in the context of the marketplace in Egypt.

"The following article is the fourth in a series of papers related to a project which utilises software design and development techniques to aid in the integration of information technology implementation paradigms and constructs. Here the focus is program design, development and the technological aspects of IT management, usage and maintenance. The paper also covers how processes used for real world decision-making have been translated into source code. The defined fields of behaviour and organisation are included as they are essential factors related to IT implementation. A positivist epistemological methodology has been utilised that builds on the design science techniques developed earlier in the project."

This article discusses a study on preservice education students and the implementation of digital identities through selfconstructed websites in a technology course. Researchers investigated the process of helping educators create a create a domain of their own while they consider the role of technology and digital identities in their future classrooms. Data revealed themes that focused around building the website and building a digital identity. The researchers contend that there is a continuum of three stages that exist for students to engage in web literate practices. These stages include being consumers, curators, and creators of digital content. These stages are not meant to be viewed as a linear process, but as an opportunity to review instructional practices, and literacy strategies in learning environments.

The Pune Metropolitan region has vast road and highway network, consisting of National highways, State highways and Expressways, developed by private firms. The toll roads in Pune region have been operational for quite some time and were expected to reduce travel time and improve connectivity for the region.  The network of toll roads carries huge amount of traffic and generates large toll revenue for the road developers and contributes to the regional economy to a considerable extent. However, there has been discontent among most of the travelers that the system is not able to provide the mandated road user services, reflected in service indicators such as safety, security, and wayside amenities. The present study aims at evaluation of road user services and ranks six toll roads which are working under similar operating conditions. The toll roads considered for the study include the segments of four National Highways, one State Highway and one Expressway. Methodology used for evaluation and assessment of road services was by way of surveying travellers’ perceptions on various service parameters and the opinion scores assigned to these parameters. The study can form the basis for taking decisions on toll road system improvements from service aspects with a view to improve road user satisfaction.

Background Interpersonal positivity and negativity are separable dimensions both recognized as having important effects on health. Though online social interactions and research examining them are increasingly common, no validated instrument has heretofore been developed to examine social support and social negativity specifically in online contexts. The present studies describe the development and validation of the Online Social Experiences Measure (OSEM) to allow for assessment of online social positivity and negativity simultaneously. Methods and results In Study I, responses to a potential item pool were collected from participants ( N = 557), who were then subdivided into two groups for the purposes of cross-validation via exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses.
