Family structures immensely impact the well-being of all adolescents. Studies have been conducted measuring the mental, physical, educational, social, and recreational well-being of adolescents living in single parent homes versus adolescents in dual parent homes; however, very few studies attempt to measure the well-being of adolescents living in single mother homes versus single father homes. This research proposal attempts to measure the well being of adolescents living in single father homes using an index of the WHOQOL-100 targeting adolescents ages 11 to 14. The study will focus on the adolescents' well being in terms of their mental and physical health, educational progress, leisure and recreational experience, social development, and the safety of their environment.
The notion of single valued neutrosophic sets is a generalization of fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets. We apply the concept of single valued neutrosophic sets, an instance of neutrosophic sets, to graphs. We introduce certain types of single valued neutrosophic graphs (SVNG) and investigate some of their properties with proofs and examples.

In this study we define the generalizing single valued triangular neutrosophic number. In addition, single valued neutrosophic numbers are transformed into single valued triangular neutrosophic numbers according to the values of truth, indeterminacy and falsity. Furthermore, we extended the Hamming distance given for triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to single valued triangular neutrosophic numbers. We have defined new score functions based on the Hamming distance. We then extended some operators given for intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to single valued triangular neutrosophic numbers. Finally, we developed a new solution to multi-attribute group decision making problems for single valued neutrosophic numbers with operators and scoring functions and we checked the suitability of our new method by comparing the results we obtained with previously obtained results. We have also mentioned for the first time that there is a solution for multi-attribute group decision making problems for single valued triangular neutrosophic numbers.

Three-phase reclosers with single-phase tripping are being more widely employed on utility distribution feeders. They have the advantages of increasing reliability for the customers on the feeders, because the majority of distribution feeder faults are single-phase. However, certain difficulties may occur when three-phase industrial and commercial loads, with three-phase transformers and motor loads are interrupted on one phase only. These include overheating of motors, ferroresonance of transformers, tripping of power electronic drives and backfeeding of distribution lines. This paper examines these effects, their severity and mitigation techniques.

A back-propagation artificial neural network (ANN) was tested to verify its capacity to select different classes of single trials (STs) based on the spatial information content of electroencephalographic activity related to voluntary unilateral finger movements. The rationale was that ipsilateral and contralateral primary sensorimotor cortex can be involved in a nonstationary way in the control of unilateral voluntary movements. The movement-related potentials were surface Laplacian-transformed (SL) to reduce head volume conductor effects and to model the response of the primary sensorimotor cortex. The ANN sampled the SL from four or two central channels overlying the primary motor area of both sides in the period of 80 ms preceding the electromyographic response onset in the active muscle. The performance of the ANN was evaluated statistically by calculating the percentage value of agreement between the STs classified by the ANN and those of two investigators (used as a reference). The results showed that both investigator and ANN were capable of selecting STs with the SL maximum in the central area contralateral to the movement (contralateral STs, about 25%), STs with considerable SL values also in the ipsilateral central area (bilateral STs, about 50%), and STs with neither the contralateral nor bilateral pattern ("spatially incoherent" single trials; about 25%). The maximum agreement (64-84%) between the ANN and the investigator was obtained when the ANN used four spatial inputs (P Ͻ 0.0000001). Importantly, the common means of all single trials showed a weak or absent ipsilateral response. These results may suggest that a back-propagation ANN could select EEG single trials showing stationary and nonstationary responses of the primary sensorimotor cortex, based on the same spatial criteria as the experimenter. ᭧
Neutrosophic set was introduced by Smarandache in 1998. Due to some real time situation, decision makers deal with uncertainty and inconsistency to identify the best result. Neutrosophic concept helps to investigate the vague or indeterminacy values. Graph structures used to reduce the complications in solving the system of equations for finding the decision of some real-life problems. In this research study, we introduced the single-valued neutrosophic coloring concept. We introduce various notions, single valued neutrosophic vertex coloring, single valued neutrosophic edge coloring, and single valued neutrosophic total coloring and support those definitions with some examples.
