Buletin ini adalah media untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan ulasan dalam bidang pertanian. Buletin Partner terus berupaya untuk menyebarluaskan informasi-informasi pertanian terapan dengan harapan dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan bidang pertanian. Pada edisi November 2020, Tahun 25, Nomor 2, Partner menghadirkan artikel-artikel pilihan dari berbagai disiplin ilmu bidang pertanian meliputi bidang peternakan, agrononomi, kehutanan, perikanan, kesehatan ternak dan social ekonomi pertanian. Semoga artikel-artikel ini bermanfaat bagi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat pertanian secara umum dan memacu perkembangan kegiatan penelitian yang berkualitas dalam menunjang pembangunan pertanian.

Jurnal Online Informatika (JOIN) merupakan Jurnal keilmuan yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Teknik Informatika UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Jurnal ini merupakan wadah publikasi karya imiah berupa tulisan untuk Akademisi, Peneliti dan Praktisi tentang penelitian murni dan terapan tentang keinformatikaan. JOIN terbit dua kali dalam setahun yakni bulan Juni dan Desember. Makalah yang ditulis merupakan naskah yang orisinal dan memiliki landasan penelitian dalam bidang Informatika.

Redaksi menerima sumbangan tulisan yang relevan dengan pengembangan ilmu bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis. Tulisan harus asli (bukan plagiat) hasil pemikiran, penelitian dan pendapat disertai acuan/pustaka sebagaiamana tulisan ilmiah, dan belum pernah dipublikasikan pada penerbitan lain. Tulisan yang tidak dimuat dalam dua nomor penerbitan berturut-turut dianggap tidak memenuhi syarat dan tidak dikembalikan.
i Puji syukur ke hadirat ILAHI atas kesempatan yang saat ini kami miliki dalam kegiatan Perencanaan Penataan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Kabupaten Pringsewu. Keberadaan RTH di wilayah perkotaan adalah untuk menjamin keseimbangan ekosistem kota, baik keseimbangan sistem hidrologi maupun sistem ekologis lain. RTH sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan air dan udara bersih bagi masyarakat serta menciptakan estetika kota. Berkurangnya RTH dan bertambahnya dominasi lahan terbangun (hutan beton) kota berdampak pada keseimbangan ekosistem kota dengan indikasi penurunan kualitas lingkungan perkotaan seperti banjir pada musim hujan, fenomena panas kota, dan meningkatnya pencemaran udara kota. Salah satu tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Perencanaan Penataan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Kabupaten Pringsewu ini adalah sebagai Pedoman dalam penataan Ruang Terbuka hijau di Kabupaten Pringsewu, sehingga Kabupaten Pringsewu mempunyai acuan/masterlan untuk penataan RTH sesuai kondisi dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang selaras dengan RTRW Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam perwujudan 30% RTH. Akhir kata semoga penyusunan perencanaan penataan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Kabupaten Pringsewu yang dilakukan ini dapat bermanfaat bagi kita semua khususnya masyarakat di wilayah perencanaan dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pringsewu sebagai dasar dalam pengembangan RTH di Kabupaten Pringsewu.

Importância do texto traduzido: (i) primeira parte do famoso Corpus Iuris Civilis (Institutas – Digesto – Código – Novelas); (ii) manual do século VI d.C. para o estudante primeiranista do curso de direito de Constantinopla; (iii) base do estudo do direito privado até o século XIX (inclusive no Brasil); (iv) fonte do direito romano justinianeu (ou seja, tinha “força de lei”); (v) fonte do direito no Brasil até 1917; (vi) uma das bases principais para a codificação do direito privado no mundo (entre os séculos XVIII e XIX); (vii) uma das bases para a harmonização do direito supranacional contemporâneo; (viii) objeto amplo, pois não se restringe ao direito privado – também abordou (ainda que mais superficialmente) áreas do direito público (como o direito processual e o direito penal). Diferenciais da presente tradução: (i) versão inteiramente nova, desvinculada das precedentes, e adaptada ao momento atual do direito brasileiro contemporâneo; (ii) baseada em edição crítica (latina) inédita (também aqui transcrita); (iii) mais de 2.500 notas onde são explicados conceitos e indicadas similitudes de ideias e correspondências quer com outros textos romanos (desde a Lei das XII Tábuas, mas com destaque para as Institutas de Gaio e o Corpus Iuris Civilis, em especial o Digesto), quer com textos jurídicos nacionais contemporâneos (CF, CC, CPC, CP, ECA, CPM etc.); (iv) inserção de palavras-chave iniciais para cada fragmento (com base na edição de A. VINNIO – século XVII); (v) destaque (em vermelho) das ideias centrais de cada fragmento (com base na edição de A. CORVINO – século XVII). Público alvo: (i) não-romanista (jurista, historiador ou estudioso em geral), sem necessidade de qualquer conhecimento prévio de latim; (ii) romanista e latinista, em especial por conta da (em muitos pontos) inédita edição crítica em latim.

Quantum coherence involves a precise phase-correlated coupling between body rhytms such as the constant communication that occurs between the human heart and the rest of the body. Increased coherence in a single system, such as in the electromagnetic field of the heart, can drive coordination of related physiologic systems within the body. Research studying heart rate variability revealed that an individual's emotional states can be directly correlated to cardiac electromagnetic coherence. Positive coping mechanisms and intention have been shown to increase cardiac coherence, whereas negative emotions result in diminished coherence. As the most powerful and consistent generator of rhythmic information patterns in the body, the heart is in continuous communication with the brain and whole body through multiple pathways: neurologically, (through the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS)) biochemically (through hormones), biophysically (through pressure and sound waves), and energetically (through electromagnetic field interactions). Because of the extensiveness of the heart's influence on physiological, cognitive, and emotional systems, the heart provides a central point of reference from which the dynamics of such processes can be regulated.

Spent lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are becoming increasingly common due to their widespread use in various energy-related applications. These batteries contain valuable metals such as cobalt (Co) and lithium (Li), which are in high demand and have limited long-term supply. To recover these valuable metals and avoid environmental pollution, the recycling of spent LIBs using different methods, including hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, direct recycling, and biohydrometallurgy (bioleaching), has been widely explored. Each method has advantages and disadvantages in terms of cost-effectiveness and the recovery of Co and Li from spent LIBs. Thus, a comprehensive and critical analysis of recent studies on the performance of different recycling methods for the extraction of Co and Li from spent LIBs is necessary for the development of novel and practical strategies for effective metal extraction. Specifically, this review focuses on the current advancements in the application of existing recycling methods and emerging recycling technologies in terms of sustainability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental friendliness for the recovery of Co and Li from spent LIBs. This review also identifies standardization of LIB design, automation of disassembly of SLIBs and involvement of artificial intelligence/machine learning in the recycling process as some of the best practices for the sustainable recovery of valuable metals from SLIBs and the minimization of pollution from SLIBs.
