Unreliable

1)Too far from the airport.
2)They didn't pick me up when they said and I had to wait over an hour at the airport, knowing that I still had a 3-hour drive ahead.

Cowboys, DO NOT USE

Dodgy as they come, this company maybe cheap but they are miles from the airport, I had a 6:20am flight I arranged to be there at 4am, they didnt turn up til 4:35am but luckily still made flight, on return I called number to get shuttle pick up, was told 10 mins away, I waited 15 mins only to be told still 15 mins away, I called again 15 mins later to be told 10 mins away, in the end I got a taxi, when I arrived on site an hour and half after arriving, there was nobody on site and it was locked.

8 years working with Platinum carparking : good valet service and long term parking facilities at 00Malaga Airport
Never missed a delivery or pick up
Car always in good condition
24/7 telcall assistance for pick up/ drop off last minute changes
Friendly staff / good follow up !

If I could give zero stars I would avoid at all costs

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service over the phone so unprofessional. Arrived hours late at the airport to pick us up after a 16 hr flight with young kids. Picked up 3 families along with us and our luggage as they only have one van for pickups throughout the whole company. Big mistake avoid at all costs

Avoid

Absolutely shocking wanted to change me £16 barrier fee for going to Manchester airport and same again coming back £16 and when I collect my car and got home next day car wouldn't start car battery was loose very suspicious. And the car park itself is like something you would find in Beirut

We arrived at this carpark was like a junk yard we paid £66 then ask to pay £12for taxi thier back so I paid when arrived home rang to come get me it was 330 in morning told to get taxi cos no one to get us the taxi would cost £16 he would give money back next day when I rang same number for all they put phone down on me don't use this rip of carpark leave a wide birth

Sketchy company - Avoid

Did not answer phone on arrival.
Extra cost for taxi to airport.
Taxi to Airport is one Van, shared between anyone they can cram in.
20 minute drive to Airport so one taxi run every 40-50 minutes.
Driver no speak english.
Car returned with mud all over wheels and driver seat/footwell.
For price of parking + taxi you arent saving much from Airport parking.

ZERO STARS.....seriously

ZERO STARS.....seriously, avoid at all costs, funnily enough the company asked me for a review once we arrived home and it's never been posted. They really are scammers....just pay a few pounds more and go with a decent company. It will save you so much stress in the long run.....

Absolutly disgusting

Absolutly disgusting .
Parking near Manchester Airport is an absolute tip . Damage to my vehicle exhaust system on uneven ground . Multiple scratches to paint work .
When we arrived back in the Terminal we called as instructed but were ignored for the first 2 hours . When we eventualy got through they took another 90 minutes to pick us up .
People in the office ( an old disgusting caravan , filthy outside areas ) , were extremly rude and racist .
Very unhappy with service . Do not use , ever !

Also operating as Parking world based in Ashton under Lyne. Do not use !! Car park dark, pot holes, no staff, no direction. No transfer. They do not respond to calls or emails or text message. This is a scam.

Terrible company

Terrible company . We have 3 children and we had to wait for 3 hrs to get pick up from the airport after a 24 hr journey.they only care for the money. They have used different excuses and we were even told to book our own taxi if can no longer wait. no heart. The staff are horrible. Not organised. Terrible company.

Cowboys

I wish I had read these reviews before booking. On payment I was then told I had to pay £6 for dropping the car off and £6 for picking it up. We phoned ahead 30 minutes before as instructed but when we got there we found there was no transport available. We had to pay for a uber taxi. Which we have not had back. The one employee there had been working for only three days and was thinking of packing it in. The manager would not speak to us on the phone. On return the pick up was promised in 30-40 minutes but took 90 minutes. Other families were packed into the minibus. Some had been waiting 2 hours. The place is like a junk yard with nails on the ground.

Taken to airport in employers own car
Rang to say we landed , waited 2 hours with a baby for minibus to collect us and it turned up and they had no car seat for baby , they were no help and had no solution for us
They also charge you £6 for drop off and another £6 for pick up which you don’t find out until booked ,
They are working from a scrap piece of land selling used cars , complete shambles of a company

AVOID AVOID DONT USE

I dropped our car off on gravel on the 13th of July went on holiday when you came back nobody there to pick us up called us to get a taxi which was £27 and said would get a refund never got
I got to car park, waited for an hour, then told me to follow him. Car was parked on the grass 6 inches underwater. After 90 minutes of trying to get out another person turned up, got keys from a parked car and used that car to tow us out no sorry, nothing clothes trainers ruined, and car had to get a full valet to clean up

If this is Platinum Car Park Ltd BEWARE!

If this is Platinum Car Park Ltd (Heathrow Meet & Greet) BEWARE! Used their Meet & Greet service and found that they had illegally used my vehicle whilst we were out of the country doing drop offs to Heathrow terminals. During the period my vehicle should have been in a secure car park they incurred a parking fine. Have been completely unresponsive in responding to both the complaint or fine resolution. Shocking on all counts.
Adding to this review 2 weeks later as have now received a Notice of Intended Prosecution due to them doing a runner from the petrol station on the way to Terminal 5 to pick us up! Absolutely disgraceful.

Do not use this company it’s a SCAM !!!
They are based in Ashton under Lyne which is approximately 14 miles from Manchester Airport. Arrived at 04:00 hr as we were flying at 07:00 to be told by some random person that there was only one transfer vehicle as one had broken down so had no choice but to book an uber to get us to airport on time that costs £36 Nice start to our holiday ! Sorry to say but the same nonsense happend on our return same pathetic excuses it seems that this lot just don’t care how you get to and from the airport as long as they get paid so as before had to get another UBER again another £30 so add that to total costs of parking charge it came to £132 which I could have used the main car park in T2 for a week for that price with no hassle of transfer to and from a car park 14 miles away. Also upon returning to my vehicle it looked like it had been parked near a building site it was completely covered in building dust and grime so more expensive to get my car cleaned. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they also advertise on Compare parking prices and also operate as parking world. Just remember the golden rule You buy cheap you buy twice which is certainly the case here. Had a great holiday though👍🏻

AVOID

Avoid this company at all costs. Car park is extremely poor. Initially when dropping the car the phone number was going straight to voicemail. On return, despite phoning several times and being told they would take 25 minutes to collect us, we waited over 1 hour in the pouring rain. They also charge you an extra £6 EACH WAY to be dropped off and collected from the airport. When we arrived back to car park the queue of people waiting to go to the airport was very long and only 1 van to transport. People were worried they would miss their flight and booking normal taxis to collect them. Will never use again!!!

Customer service was 10/10

Customer service was 10/10 my flight was delayed by an hour and they were very responsive when it came to updating them and letting them know i would be late. My car was delivered on time and the service was great.

Utter shambles!!!

Please stay away - firstly arrived to find multiple cars parked like battery hens ! I can only describe the area as deep water filled divots in which a monster truck would have difficulty navigating through. I was then told they would have to call a taxi and I had to pay the first fare and they would pay the return. This is where the fun begins- called 30 minutes prior to pick up on landing to be told a driver would arrive - this was to no avail after 30+ calls , to then find other stranded travellers waiting to also be picked up ( one family over three hours) - having waited 90 mins I got a black cab (£30 fixed fee) to turn up and find total chaos - multiple disgruntled personnel arguing in this old rickety caravan - with one guy stating he had to come from Sheffield to bring his mother to pick her car up !!! After been trapped on the compound for additional 35 mins. We then got our keys and left £45 lighter . Please please stay away !!!
