It was really easy to find and a really easy service to use. It made our trip away so much better as we were able to just pull up at the carpark ready to go and leave as soon as we landed

Quick and Easy

I had a fantastic experience with Maple Parking at Luton Airport. The service was seamless and incredibly easy to use. Dropping off and picking up my car at the terminal saved so much time and hassle, especially with luggage. The staff were professional and prompt, making the whole process smooth. Plus, it was great value for money—I'd highly recommend it for a stress-free airport parking solution!

I have been using airport parking for a long time and within that time I have had some really bad experiences with most of this so call airport parking companies BUT this one is the BEST ONE I have used so far. I will truly recommend them.

Trustworthy & easy to arrange

Drop off & collection was very simple and the staff were so friendly. Exceeded our expectations as we'd never dropped off at Heathrow and were a bit anxious about the whole thing, but the car came back exactly as I'd left it with no excessive mileage. They were also patient ad we struggled to find the car park entrance and were later than expected. Really would recommend and will use again 😃.

Great service all round, many thanks.

Drivers both ways were helpful and friendly, plus person answering the telephone was very patient with our queries. I was told where to park my car and we headed off with no delay. Unfortunately we had forgotten our coats and my husband had to go back to get them from our car. Driver didn't charge him extra as there were people waiting to be picked up. Great service all round, many thanks.

Amazing service at a fantastic price!

Amazing service at a fantastic price!
Parked at Gatwick North Terminal, just in the hotel car parks, super easy to find, 5 minutes from parking up to walking into bag drop.
Return was very simple too, flew back into south terminal, picked car up from short stay car park there, just call when you are done at luggage collection, easy directions to space, car was ready and waiting for us with a lovely friendly agent.
Highly highly recommend!

Had a issue with our car being given a…

Had a issue with our car being given a parking fine after we dropped it off at 11.15 only for the car to be caught on camera leaving the car park at 13.06. Obviously we disputed this and after contacting sunil at a2z the situation was sorted within 48hrs with the fine being paid for by a2z even though it wasn't there fault it was the company who done the meet and greet Heathrow express parking.

Best of the lot!

I have used Terminal Parking for a number of years now. After a very bad experience with another provider, it was Terminal parking that helped me out while I was at the airport rushing to catch a flight. I’ve used them ever since. Always on time and ready. Key here - trustworthy!

I paid for parking for 9x days so in…

I paid for parking for 9x days so in total 216hrs of parking and I overstayed by 4hrs in part due to a short delay in Tenerife and a slightly longer flight time.
I was then charged £25.50 which whilst maybe within the company terms and conditions is clearly morally wrong!
I do not anticipate this review will achieve much as it was within the terms and conditions but I will not be using Birmingham airport or your parking services again.

Excellent and efficient service. No waiting.

Excellent, efficient service. So much better now, not having to call at any point. Having a dedicated booth meant I could just drive in and drop the keys. The car was also waiting for me when I returned, so no hanging around for it to arrive.

A Great Experience!

Having always been sceptical about using Meet & Greet's value for money, I was blown away by the service delivered by ParkAir 24/7. From the initial booking to the WhatsApp communication, how we were dealt with has been fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the instructional videos for car delivery, which ensured I knew what to do before arriving at the airport. I cannot wait to use this service for our next trip away! I am more than happy to recommend ParkAir 24/7 to anyone.

Great experience with A2Z

After going through a not so pleasant experience with another meet and greet company, I decided to go back to A2Z and I am really pleased I did. No issues with dropping off the vehicle and return was within 20 minutes of me contacting them.

Best of all, my vehicle was clean and everything that I left in the vehicle was still there.

I would recommend A2Z based on my experience.

This company goes by the names Sentinel…

This company goes by the names Sentinel and A2Z - slightly confusing as when you drive onto the parking there's a site with A2Z parking to the left side of the carriageway - this isn't where you're supposed to go.
However, otherwise I have to concede this is the best car parking site I've ever used anywhere in the UK. The reception staff are well mannered and knew from the off who we were (party of 9 inc' 3 cars) and the details of our cars. You simply plonk your motor in one of the ample and bigger then normal diagonal bays and walk a few feet to reception, hand in the keys to a nice lady and take a card per car - return 2 weeks later, hand in the card and hey presto your motor is waiting e few feet away in a bigger than average car parking bay - ......DODDLE.
Ps only 90 seconds from the terminal, actually as a matter of fact its quicker using sentinel than it is using the long stay at LBA.
Can't fault it other than the above mis directions. Maybe a bigger notice board on the approach stating NEXT RIGHT FOR RECEPTION A2Z & SENTINEL

Damaged our car refused to accept …

Rubbish totally unacceptable response below for our review. Clearly highly unprofessional corrupt set up
Our contract was with you
. Damaged our car refused to accept liability - even though employee stated they knew they had. Video confirms car was not damaged at drop off. Many angry customers at airport. Needs reporting to office of fair trading as they are anything but fair or honest. Anyone park a red car that was damaged at Heathrow in late March? We have your cars paint on our damage

SO EASY ...

SO EASY .... DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO THE MEET AND GREET AREA , TAKE YOUR LUGGAGE , DROP YOUR KEY OFF THEN YOU CAN GO ON HOLIDAY KNOWING YOUR CAR IS IN SAFE HANDS , AND WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU UPON YOUR RETURN...WHAT MADE IT BETTER THIS TIME , OUR RETURN PLANE WAS DELAYED AND THEN CANCELLED AND WHEN WE GOT BACK SOME 30 HOURS LATE , MEET AND GREET WAVERED THE EXTRA WE WOULD HAD TO PAY - SO YES I CAN'T PRAISE THE SERVICE ENOUGH , BRILLIANT - FIRST CLASS .

Complaint and failure to apologise or address the issue

I complained in Feb 22 and after chasing twice only got a reply today saying they are not responsible for the 3rd party company they allocate the business too!
They parked my car, not in a secure car park but outside a residential house on a street in Langley (near LHR). They were then 2 hours late returning my car after arriving back into LHR and lied about why they were delayed.
I certainly won't be using either company again and their lack of interest shows everything.

DISGUSTING MONEY GRABBING COMPANY IN UNPREDIDCTED DIFFICULT TIMES
my holiday got cancelled due to covid-19 but these people refuse to refund ,amend or offer vouchers. The place is not even open to park car if I wanted too!! Such an awful way to treat people in such difficult times they should be ashamed at making money out of people's misery when so many other company's are changing polices to help you . Will NEVER use again
