Good value airport parking.

Used Maple parking at Stanstead a few times now. Easy. Car is always ready on my return. Very competitive prices. Regular free shuttle to terminal. Just works so highly recommended.

First time customer in mid Dec. Good experience.

First time customer in mid Dec. After reading loads of review, I didnt set high expectation because there were both positive and negative. But from my experience, all went well so I would rate 5 stars. Everything was smooth, instruction was clear, the staff was very helpful and polite. My flight back was 1hr delayed but there was no issue at all. Highly recommend.

Whenever I travel,I always use Maple…

Whenever I travel,I always use Maple Parking especially from Heathrow. From the minute we drop the car off and to pick it up, the worries go so we can enjoy our holiday without parking issues. Maple are very professional in their manner and it’s so easy to book. I rate Maple 5 star and would highly recommend them for meet and greet.

Damaged Car/No Contact

Very easy to drop your car off. Seemed very smooth!
However, we landed today Christmas Eve! Called maple parking as instructed to get our car back, we were told that our car was undriveable and we would need to get recovered! As you can imagine it’s near on impossible to get recovered on Christmas eve!
I understand that things do happen but my issue is that the staff obviously were aware of an issue and we were not contacted prior to our arrival! We could have arranged something had they have contacted us in Some way!

Excellent service once again from maple…

Excellent service once again from maple manor bham . Phoned on way in personel met us at valet parking all paperwork in order signed and on pur way in 5 mins . Again on way home rang after security no luggage to collect car ready for us as we reacheh back to valet parking pleasant staff and very helpful highly recommended used them time and rime again

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money, dropped off at Luton and formalities over in five minutes, on way back phoned from luggage reclaim and car was waiting, thought the whole thing was about as smooth as it could be. Definitely use again MAP-0336332

Excellent, easy, simple and it works!!

I have used maple parking on 2 occasions now both times at different airports and with different services (park and ride and
meet and greet). Through out my whole experience of using maple parking the customer service has been brilliant, the team have been so helpful and reliable and have made the whole stress of travel easier, I will definitely continue to use them on my future travels.

Really Impressed

Made a right mess and booked the pickup date 1 day too soon. Phoned Maple and no problem, no ridiculous "change fee" etc... just £10 for the extra night parking - car was there waiting when we got back to Birmingham Airport - top service and def use again

Good so far

All good so far though the actual parking experience has yet to happen. Booking was easy enough and a mistake I made with the return date was quickly rectified by phone on 18 December.

Excellent

I have used Maple a couple of times recently, and the service is excellent. At Gatwick there is not the usual scrum to find your parking company when you arrive. They take photos of your car, so no arguments if there is any damage. The cars are parked close by (Gatwick), and always ready for you when you return, no phoning necessary, and no wait. Also you don't have to pay to exit the parking. Will be always using them in the future.

Did not explain at the time of booking that car key will be left in parking office. Noted moving cars later on to main parking.

Very easy to book

Very easy to book. On the day it was easy to find and use. Efficient system. Didn't have to wait long for shuttle bus. Good that they give you written information for return trip otherwise we'd have forgotten what they told us by the time we we came back. On return we only had to wait 5 mins before a shuttle bus came. Very helpful, friendly. A good experience.

Parked my Car at Maple Parking Heathrow…

Parked my Car at Maple Parking Heathrow on the 18th November. On my return on the 2nd December the Car was Covered in Mud especially around wheel arches, Pine needles in the well between screen and bonnett. Mud on pedals and mats inside. All devices both the passenger and driiver sides i.e. Seat Heater, head rests and seats moved. Basically everything was on.
It looked as if it had been parked in a field. Reception said it had been moved to long term parking but as I pointed out it should have still been on a tarmac Parking Area.
Stopped on way out and photos taken by member of staff. Promised I would get discount next time but that is not what I am complaining about. emailed Maple parking, completely ignored, no reply.
I have used Maple Parking before and they have always got 5* whats going on at Heathrow Maple Parking?

Use at your own risk

Use at your own risk, damaged my car and admitted it but refuse to pay for the repair due to small print, now I have to pay insurance excess and potentially loose no claims. A £100 parking fee is now £600 plus insurance no claims loss.
Also they were well aware of the damage when I collected but were dishonest enough to try and get away without telling me, hoping I would just drive off

We are confused by your statement that we admitted liability for damage however refused to cover the cost. As per our terms and conditions, we do not accept liability for damage/mechanical failures unless caused through our proven negligence. We suspect that your claim was down to a mechanical failure, not caused through the negligence of our staff. From time to time vehicles do encounter issues whilst in our care, however, we do not accept liability for failures that are a result of general wear and tear/inadequate mainentance. This is not as a result of any wrongdoing on the companies part.
