It was about 95 degrees last week and so cooking sounded like something I didn’t want to do😂 After getting an amazing shipment from @sizzlefishfit I knew I had to use their Sashimi grade Ahi tuna for poke bowls. It’s SO fresh and delicious! Add some bright mango and you have a perfect summer meal. I love adding edamame for additional protein. The marinade for the tuna is so light and refreshing.
