Yummy Strawberry

Gooooooood Morning everyone in blogland. I have another card to share with everyone. I had fun making this one. Really loved coloring this Tilda. Can you say yummy strawberry???? Too bad berry season is over here... Lucky for those who know how to can and make jams.... peach butter is my number one favorite canned pantry keep! If only I knew how to make it....canning of course is not something that was passed down to me....thank goodness I would be so busy making jams I would never have time to craft!!!! Although that is a craft.... maybe one day I'll learn and make my own goodies to share!

Well here she is. This card really was fun. I colored her with copics and added some strawberry buttons that I had in my fun stash...just didn't have time to saw off the back part so they could lay flat. I got to use some maggie paper I had been holding on to and some seam binding ribbon from RRR that I am now out of and lace. I applied to be a part of their DT and hopefully I can get the position. Bonnie is such a wonderful lady and I pray everything gets back to normal for them since they were hit with Irene. I also used some distress inks around the edges of my papers and my wonderful distressing tool. I love that little thing! I added a Magnolia Strawberry and colored it with DI's. O and the sentiment is a MS stamp.

Kraftin Kimmie Sketch

Hello Everyone out there.... I am super thrilled to be a part of the Paper Sundaes team.....I applied for more teams so hopefully I will hear soemthing soon from them.... I am also thrilled.... I won 7 Kids College Fund challenge for school spirit!!!! CAN YOU SAY AWESOME WEEK SO FAR!  Even with living on the coast I was thankful the hurricane didn't touch us. My heart goes out to those it did and I hope that everything will be alright for those in need. We had some freaky looking clouds and rain that didnt show...the funniest thing because the asphalt was we but not my grass or concrete lol...

Well onto my card... I have been dying to get some Halloween stamps and guess what they came in just in time. I colored the Perfect Potion Kimmie stamp.... love her!!!! I tried coloring her as Melanie Hotlz did... I am still practicing but one day I would love to color like this amazingly talented women. I have many favorites colorers out there but this one... by far I wish she was my next door neighbor so I could spend an hour a day coloring with her lol. I really liked how she used a bottle and filled it with glitter for Kraftin Kimmie's newest release PotionMaster!

Small Card

Hello Everyone. Sorry for my disappearance. Amongst my disappearance from personal issues, I have been getting ready for a homemade holiday sale. Making tons of cards for everyone! Anyways I took a break and decided to add a cat to one of my cards. I have no clue who this cat is. I got her in a swap I did this summer.

If anyone knows what stamp line she is from I would appreciate it.
I colored her with copics real quick and easy. I used some Stampin Up design paper from the Thoroughly Modern. I used a CPS sketch #232 and want to enter this card into the Stamp with Fun Summer challenge and the Crafty Creations Show Your Inner Animal.... I like the beach and I like to lounge.

Back To School

Hey everyone. I have a fun card that I threw together. It was really fun coloring this cheer Tilda I got from 7 kids college fund. I cut out the flags for the banner, used some twine from Ribbon Girl, copics, stardust stickles, my mind's eye and basic grey paper. She was so much fun to color I cannot wait to color her more in different colors. I threw this card together yesterday to enter in some challenges ending soon. I think I did great..... Hope everyone enjoys!

Quick Post

Hey everyone another quick post just for Simon Says blogs..... Simon Says Stamp and Show as well as Simon Says Stamp I used the sketch and the theme travel. I used all Tim Holtz product (paper, stamps, and distress inks).

Tilda with a Peony

Sorry for the dealy in my posting I have been to two doctors and a hospital today. It appears my pregnancy decided to not stay around long enough I think.... I believe I miscarried last night talk about painful. I give hugs and best wished to the women out there who try and try and go through several of those. I felt like I was in labor almost all day yesterday. My daughter was a horrible 20 hours of labor tto turn out to be an emergency c section which is common apparently. Regardless I praise women who can be women and handle that.

Anyways onto a card I made yesterday trying to keep my mind off the pain. I love this card. I love the colors mostly. I really love the new My Mind's Eye papers. They are just amazing colors. I used some Prima flowers and a button from my stash. My lace is from WOC and my pearls are from MS and recollections. I colored my image with copics. I also used a MS boarder punch.

Just Saying Hi

Hello Everyone. Today is a wonderful day I would say. I woke up before my daughter today but not nearly early enough to work out. I have got to get this body in shape and baby ready so I can have a beach body after lol....IN MY DREAMS!
I created this cute and simple little card. I love this little tilda she was perfect for the card. I used a Card Patterns Sketch. Super fun and the colors were a bit challenging for me but I love how it came together. I colored my tilda in copics. I used some embossing powder that sparkles and some WOC flowers. My ribbon is from RRR and my paper is just regular cardstock. I also used a MS border punch and some Michaels rhinestone swirls for the bling part of Simon Says. Hope you enjoy her.

LOTV and the color pink

Hello Everyone I have a new card. I am so excited for the things I have been doing. I have so much going on I didn't think I could. I recently was just asked by someone to sell my cards in a store they will have for a few months. The greatest part.... I will be the only one with card in the store. AWESOME..... the store is in Vegas and my cards will be sold from October - December 31st. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!

Onto my card for the day. I used Rosie Posey stamp.... Hello roses. Of course I ddin't get to post this yesterday and put it in the challenge for LOTV because my daughter was having those I need my mommy days and today she is showing signs of being sick. Might be why she was SOOOOO needy yesterday.

I cannot remember for the life of me the name of the design papers I used. I used WOC flowers, stems, and leaves. Of course I used Really Reasonable Ribbon and I colored my image with copics. I used some liquid pearls and some pearls from Michael's brand Recollections.... I haven't managed to get my pearls to work right and stay in pearl form. They always get these little dents and dings even when I put the card up to air dry in a safe place.

Well I hope you like the card and check back for more to come!

Sentimental

Well let's get sentimental. I have never been good with adding sentiments but I am getting there with the practice. I have a card I designed to go along with the Papercraft Star challenge of black and white with the burst of a yellowish orange color. I got my yellow orange paper from the House Across the Bay. They have some wonderful prints! The flowers are from wild orchid crafts and I used some distress ink so my white cardstock was not over powering. My ribbon, as almost always, is from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I also used a CB embossing folder called Victoria on my black cardstock. O and before I forget my sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Hope you enjoy
