CARDS ON THE TABLE......

All my hospital appointments are made and these are towards the end of October. So it would seem that my birthday will be spent at one or the other hospital, but never mind, I will hold the celebrations over until the following weekend. Another year older, and I know I'm no wiser!!!!!!!!

Hopefully my son will come over with his girlfriend and Math will conjure up some culinary delight for us to enjoy. Maybe a glass or two of wine, and no talk about hospitals, operations. We know they are coming soon enough, but its good to put them into the back of your mind until you have to deal with them.......

I want to do the same with my posts, your good wishes and support have helped me tremendously. Your comments have made me feel that I've never been on my own, therefore I want to share with you all the other wonderful stuff that is happening in my life at the moment and not future operations and tests. When I do go absent from my blog I won't bore you with all the detail of whats happening, only to update you on my progress. My final word about all this is not just to thank you for all your precious gifts, words of support and encouragement, but to thank my wonderful husband for his incredible care, support, gormet food and cuddles when I hit the low points. Math you have been and are magnificent....

That off my chest, down to important events happening around me....

My chucks are providing me with yummy eggs everyday and even a double-yolked one yesterday, which math scrambled and put on his home-made bread for my breakfast this morning. The girls (chucks) idolize Math and follow him everywhere in the garden, I swear they see him as their mother-hen.......

My sons bar/cafe is progressing at at an incredible rate. Even with the present financial climate, he is full of enthusiasm and hope for his project/dream. The local paper interviewed Nat, and did a great half page article praising the bar, even though its still work in progress....
He and his business partner have also purchased a hotel in Nottingham and will start work redesigning this huge project in January. I admire my sons determination and hard-working ethics, and wish him success in all his adventures. Nat I am so proud of you....

My darling Math has changed his job yet again, to enable him to be at home with me more. This is a different era for us now, we are content with our lot. Time together is worth more than thousands in the bank, and we seem to be more in love than ever. Mmmm, life is good.
