RESUMO
INTRODUÇÃO
ABSTRACT: The research project presented here aimed to investigate the concept
of intersectionality and its contributions to training in higher education. The concept
leads us to understand how the articulations of the different social categories
interrelate and structure the life of the subjects, producing inequalities and injustices,
reveals the complexity of the situation of people and groups, affirming the
coexistence of different factors such as vulnerabilities, violence , Discrimination; Also
called as axes of subordination, allowed the possibility of researching and making
feasible the existence or not of the disadvantages produced by the unequal society
on the subjects. As Pocahy (2011, p. 28) brings us to think of intersectionality "[...] as
a way of problematizing what makes us human or not." The intersectional approach
shows the coexistence and subordination of different factors, as they intersect in
historical and specific contexts in the different dimensions of social life, which are not
separate. This graduation project made it possible to unveil the articulation of the
multiple differences and inequalities that permeate, reach and transit all contexts,
without exceptions, where human relations are produced and reproduced, seeking to
perceive the production of subjects.
