Economic and social crises, pandemics, natural and technological threats and local armed conflicts add more layers of complexity and force governments to seek ways to ensure the continuous supply of these services. Therefore, researchers indicate that a supply chain management approach could increase the efficiency and quality of public service implementation processes. However, the scattered research that exists on this topic occurs in limited areas of public governance. Therefore, this paper aims to understand the importance of supply chain management in public service delivery processes, develop the public service supply chain model, analyse the evolution of the research and identify research streams in this exploratory area. A systematic literature review based on the PRISMA methodology serves to achieve this purpose. The paper defines public servic...

Metrics that are applicable in the lean, agile and leagile strategies are identified in the literature and are then combined into a framework that can reflect both agile and lean strategiesthe leagile supply strategy. Design/methodology/approach-This work is based on the systematic literature review. Literature was collected, then lean and agile metrics were extracted, analysed, counted and grouped into the framework. Findings are compared against literature on leagile supply chain. Findings-Findings indicate that there are sets of metrics specific to lean strategy, such as are processfocused, cost, productivity, inventory and delivery-based metrics, and specific to agile such as flexibility, responsiveness, information sharing and cooperation. There are also metrics common for both strategies; they are related to time, quality and customer satisfaction. Lean measures are tangible and focused on internal processes and products, while agile measures are targeted at external environment. Practical implications-The framework could be used by practitioners as a starting point for performance system design. Originality/value-There is a need to stop looking at lean and agile as separate and distinct supply strategies. Results of this research indicate that lean and agile are interlinked, both are focusing on customer satisfaction and quality. Applying a proposed set of metrics enables to design supply chain measurement system that reflects both strategies to measure leagile supply chain. The framework could be used by practitioners as a starting point for performance system design.

A systematic literature review based on the PRISMA methodology serves to achieve this purpose. The paper defines public service supply chain management as a synchronised process of co-creating value in public networks with its basis in relationship management, in which each actor can be both a supplier and an end-user. This paper also presents a bibliographic visualisation of research issues in public service supply chain management (PSSCM) and identifies eight major research streams in this area.

At the same time, there is a remarkable increase in volume and value of e-commerce, which in 2021 is expected to reach USD 4.9 trillion, which will only strengthens the demand for transport and its negative effects. The aim of this paper is to identify and characterize selected transport solutions that can be implemented in e-commerce in cities and simultaneously have the greatest potential to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and other pollutants.

The features discussed have already entered the nomenclature in the field of supply chains. Reflection on the origin of these features led to the conclusion that they are all an expression of the adaptation of supply chains to ever more demanding operating
conditions. The results of this adaptation constitute three features associated with
flexibility, responsibility and resiliency. They also define three main directions of the
development of supply chains. The main aim of this paper to illustrate these.

It comes not only from their physical features that are sometimes crucial as in the case of perishable goods but from the nature of food products which are the subject of human nutrition. In managing food supply chains health care is paramount. Hence in the European Union and beyond many acts of law for food safety were enacted. One can say that managing food supply chains is a rather peculiar łask, and the obsewation of global trends allows to show a few essential changes. This paper draws attention to two vital areas of change to food supply chains connected with food safety and e-commerce development in food industry.

In the past years the importance of mobility has clearly increased. We also see strong demand for mobile devices and applications in supply chains. This trend coincides with the popularity of consumer mobile gear. Mobile solutions are most popular in supply chains in the area of distribution and customer service, and where we are dealing with field service. The implementation of mobile solutions in information systems of large, international supply chains encounters the problem of heterogeneity of the environment. Developers must keep in mind different user interface requirements, different available hardware platforms, different operating
systems, different standards for data exchange, as well as different parameters of terrestrial wireless communication networks. In the article, the authors point out the most important aspects of the design of information systems for supply chains using mobile solutions, with particular emphasis on the needs of users operating in an international environment. Keywords: supply chains, supply chain information systems, mobile solutions.

Internationally supply chain management is supplemented with a large variety of markets and long distances to come which raises new challenges. To deal with it enterpreneurs need to develop new business models based on knowledge. In leading edge supply chains knowledge management has become one of the most important processes. The aim of the article is to analyze the results of research on knowledge management in international supply chains, which was carried out in 2012. The study involved international supply chains at least partially functioning in Poland. The most crucial task was to observe whether and how approaches to knowledge management differ at different stages of supply chain maturity. Therefore, the results were associated with the evaluation of supply chain maturity level according to Poirier ' s model. Research results allow to look positively at supply chains at the initial stage of improvement-they already show great awareness and considerable commitment in the field of knowledge management. Knowledge management in supply chains characterized by higher levels of maturity requires development, also in the field of collective knowledge management, which has already become their practice. It is now important to confront these research results with the reality that in recent years has revealed advances in knowledge management methods in supply chains, and to pursue new, inspiring research avenues.

They relate to urban area mobility that includes the city itself and its agglomeration. In this case, the avoidance of ownership relates to the vehicle and the parking space. The paper contains a sample calculation of the cost of owning a car to the cost of mobility realized by means of collective public transport and a vehicle occasionally rented on the commercial basis. The results of this calculation prompted the author to look for possible alternative scenarios of mobility services, including short-term vehicle rental. They have been discussed and accordingly, the chances of their implementation in the coming years, based on the observation of activities of different
actors in the field, have been determined. Consequently this enabled the author to propose the concept of mobility subscription, which would offer the opportunity to move freely around the city and its outskirts with simultaneous avoidance of ownership and keeping in mind sustainable development of the city.

The taste of consumers from Eastern and Central Europe, previously preferring stronger beverages, still falls behind compared with those from Western European countries and their wine consumption. The perception of wine in Poland is still disputable. It is either perceived as a cheap drink or a luxury product. The knowledge of wines is not a strong point of the Polish consumer. In spite of the fact that the accessibility of wine in Poland is continuously increasing, drinking manners have not been established yet. More and more wine retail outlets, stores, vineyards, importers and distributors as well as fancy wine bars come into being in Poland these days. One can even invest in wine. In reference to the above it is worth the trouble to investigate how the wine supply chains work in Poland. Do they have any special features regarding the character of the product and the Polish market? The article is trying to give the answer to these and several other questions.

Można to osiągnąć, ograniczając liczbę przewozów towarowych. Przedsiębiorstwa transportowe realizują projekty kooperacyjne w celu obniżenia kosztów działalności i poprawy swojej sytuacji ekonomicznej. Przede wszystkim konsolidują ładunki i trasy przejazdowe.
