Inky Impressions Challenge DT Project

image

Hi there me again this time I want to show you my project that I created for the Inky Impressions challenge, where this week we want you to make an 'Ornament'

dscf7369

I saw a fabulous tutorial on SCS on how to make a Luminary, so I decided to make it for my DT project.

The image I've used is the adorable Angelica's Lantern from Inky Impressions and I've coloured her using my ProMarker pens.

The DP is DCWV Christmas Stack from last year.

The poinsettias' I made myself by using my poinsettia Spellbinders die.

I hope that you will be able to join us this week over at the Inky Impressions Challenge.

Inky Impressions Inky Dinky Drops Blog Hop

image

To celebrate the launch of the new stamps of Inky Impressions all of the DT (Inkspirational Inkettes) are participating in a Blog Hop.

Wait until you see these gorgeous stamps, you are going to love them. The images are simply adorable and the quality & detail is exceptional! Each stamp is "EXTRA deep etched" on quality red rubber for a crisp, clean impression every time!

If you are joining in the Blog Hop, have you hopped over from Darlenes' blog. If not I'm afraid you're going to have to go back to the beginning, which is Nicole's (Inky Mama) blog.

Make sure you leave a comment on each of the Inkspirational Inkettes blogs along the way as one lucky winner will be randomly picked by one of the Inkettes. There is a fabulous prize up for grabs and you will find out at the last hop, which is after me.

For my project I thought that I'd make a little Christmas gift bag and I got the tutorial from here.

The image I've used is the gorgeous Angelica with Lantern and I've coloured her using my ProMarker pens.

The ribbon and Inky Dinky Drops will also be available very soon from Inky Impressions.

The poinsettias' I made myself by using my poinsettia die from Spellbinders.

I hope you've enjoyed your stay and if you want to carry on with the Blog Hop, your next stop is the Inky Challenge Blog.

Thanks for stopping by.

I've got some exciting news to share with you also, I've been chosen as GD for WOJ for the months of December-January. I feel so honoured and privileged to be a GD for WOJ, as there are so many talented crafters out there and I couldn't believe it when I saw my name. I think I kept checking all day just to make sure that I didn't get it wrong, LOL.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hi there and thanks for stopping by. Today I'd like to show you my card that I've made for the A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge where this week there's a fabulous sketch by Debbie to follow.

For my card I've used the adorable Lili from Inky Impressions and I've coloured her in using my ProMarker pens. I've adapted the image slightly by using small flowers to create a daisy chain.

The DP I've used is a mixture of My Mind's Eye, BasicGrey and Papermania.

The flowers I made myself by using various die cuts and beads and everything else is from my stash.

Inky Impressions DT Call - Stage Two

dscf6108

It is now time for stage two of the DT call for Inky Impressions. I received this gorgeous stamped image from Nicole yesterday along with a sketch from SCS SC218 to follow.

I've coloured in this little cutie with my promarker pens and added some white highlights.

The DP is from Making Memories.

All the flowers I made myself by using various punches and everything else is from my stash.

Keep everything crossed for me, as I will need it, there is a lot of very talented crafters applying for this position.

Flower Pot Pocket Card

dscf6031

Over on SCS the challenge on Try a New Technique was to create a Flower Pot Pocket card. I loved the ones that I saw in the gallery so I thought that I'd give it a try.

The image I've used is Giggling Tilda and I've coloured her in with my promarkers.

The DP is Dovecraft - A Hint of Pink.

The flowers I made myself using the small scalloped circle nestie's and popped a silver flat-backed pearl in the middle of each flower.

The sentiment is from Whimsy and everything else is from my stash.
