On my giftbag I’ve used

3 Ribbons

3 Charms

3 Dies-sets ( 1 from Magnolia, 1 from Marianne Design, 1 from Memory Box))

and the image has 3 candycanes

The image is from Stitchy Bears and is named Candy Cane Tag
The tag on the image comes blank, I have stamped a little christmas greeting on it. The greeting is a textstamp from Storyteller.
DP is from Karen Foster, bought years back. Paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain.
The white berries on the image are «dotted on» with Liquid Pearls White Opal.
To keep the giftbag closed I put magnets under papers on the «lid».

Shabby Chic @ My Besties Norge

Good Morning to you all.
For todays post I’ve tried to make a Shabby Chic styled card for the new challenge at
My Besties Norge

Shabby Chic
is the theme for the next challenge.
I hope you like it, and that you’ll join us for this one.

I’ve used the beautiful image called Snow girl from Sherri Baldys My Besties

I used lots if dies on this card - I love dies, especially snowflakedies, and the poinsettia I think is my all time favourite!
Around the image I used a little frantage. The paperedges are inked with DistressInk WalnutStain. The ribbonbow is made of seambindingribbon and has a little snowflakecharm attached. I made the pin myself.

I hope I’ve done things right this time to get the post scheduled on time. Sometimes it works just fine - other times I mess it up…
Anyway, I try to post my DT-entry for the new challenge over at
I ❤️ ProMarkers

No Patterned Papers - a rather tricky challenge, I thought at first. But having thought it over a little while I had the plan for my card.

I’ve used cardstock from Bazzill, an embossingfolder from Cuttlebug («Snowflakes») and dies from Spellbinders, Wild Rose Studio and KaBoks.
I inked all edges with DistressInk WalnutStain.
The little penguin image is from Magnolia - of course it’s coloured with ProMarkers
(Warm Grey 1-5, Pumpkin, Arctic Blue, Pastel Blue and Blender).
I sprinkled on a little Frantage around the image («Chunky White» and  «Shabby White»).
All dies-parts are put together with 3D-foam pads.
Inside the card I stamped and embossed (silver embossingpowder) a christmasgreeting with one of the new stamps from Papirdesign.

The theme for this weeks challenge is

Snowflakes 

I have made a little Snowflake-hanging for this challenge.
The snowflakes are silvercoloured, so I used silvercoloured cord and a silvercoloured bead to put the two of them together.
I’ve used two digital images from My Besties, by Sherri Baldy. They’re printed quite small, so you can imagine the colouring was rather fiddly - but FUN!
Behind the images I put a little cheesecloth before I attached them to the snowflake shapes.
I also used lots of blingstones and Liquid Pearls (Opal White), some punched out, little snowflakes, a ribbonbow, some «diamonds on a string» (I have no idea what they’re called) and a banner with a stamped greeting.

I have made a set with a christmascard and a gift-tag.
The card and tag are put into a cellophane envelope, for the envelope I made a header decorated the same way as the card and tag.
I’ve used IMG384 on all parts of the set.
This time I wanted to use blue, grey and white colours. Mostly because I «needed» to use that silvergrey lace - ever felt it like that; you find one thing that you just have to use, the work everything around that single item???

Halloween @ Storyteller

Good Morning, Crafters
After some really windy days, we’ve now had two calm, beautiful autumnal days at Røst.
I love this time of the year, with dark evenings when I can light candles, christmas is slowly nearing -but first it’s time for Halloween!
In Norway Halloween is a new tradition. Not everyone seem to like the «Trick and Treat’ing», but I really can’t see the big difference from the old, norwegian tradition «Julbokk», where people dressed up ond went singing around to each others houses in the days between christmas and new years eve…

For me autumnal colours are those warm, deep, earthy tones; brown, orange, red, yellow… So I tried to keep my colouring and embellishments most in those colours.
