Postdoctoral in Educational Multimodality from the National Experimental University of Guayana (UNEG) and REDIT and Postdoctoral in Research from the Libertador Experimental Pedagogical University (UPEL). Doctor in Educational Sciences from the Latin American and Caribbean University of the Latin American and Caribbean University (ULAC), Master in Curriculum Development from the University of Carabobo (UC) and Graduate in Industrial Relations from the University of Carabobo (UC).
Currently: Director of Special Projects at EDP University in Puerto Rico, Coordinator of the FES Aragón UNAM headquarters of the UNESCO Chair “University and Regional Integration”, Director of Community Service “Seamos Semilla Program” Latin American Pact for Education with Human Quality. Professor at the Cuautitlán Faculty of Higher Studies of the National Autonomous University of Mexico Departments of Social and Administrative Sciences. Currently recognized as Researcher B in the Research and Innovation Stimulus Program in Venezuela. Coordinator of the Service-Learning Group on Gender Equity and Vulnerable Groups.
She has been: Teacher in Higher Education in different modalities since 2003, Researcher since 2002. Coordinator of the FES Cuautitlán UNAM headquarters of the UNESCO Chair “University and Regional Integration”. Member – Founder of the Global/Glocal Network for Educational Quality. Coordinator of the NOM 035-PALECH Program. Member of the Venezuelan Society of Comparative Education. Director of Regional Consultations and Studies of the OIREPOD - IESALC – UNESCO. Secretary and Researcher of the Task Force on Educational Reforms and Counter-Reforms of the CLACSO Working Group. Researcher of the Venezuelan Coordinating Team for LLECE - OREALC – UNESCO. Coordinator of Regional Editions of the OVE Portal otravoceseneducacion.org. Professor at the University of Cuautitlán Izcalli (Majors: Pedagogy and Psychology). Professor and Advisor at the Inter-American University for Development (UNID), Mexico. General Coordinator of the National Educational Research Center. General Director of Curriculum of the Ministry of University Education Venezuela (National Scope). Curriculum designer and evaluator for twenty (20) years, more than 200 undergraduate and graduate programs from recognized university education institutions in Venezuela and the Region. She has participated as a researcher or coordinator in more than 67 research projects. He has published approximately 80 documents, including books, book chapters, articles, among others. Her last three books published were in December 2021, the first, "Higher Education and Pandemic in Ibero-America", the second, "A Virus Without a Vaccine: The pandemic of gender violence and other discussions in Latin America" and the third, November 2023 “Transformative Service-Learning. Social Relevance of the University” the latter through the UNAM publishing house.
She has been recognized in the National System of Researchers of Venezuela with the “B” classification, with the “Medal September 3, 1810” from the Military Academy of the Bolivarian Navy, Venezuela. Year, 2013 and nominated in 2017 for the National Science Award. She has created more than 120 Service-Learning projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

De ahí que la investigación en el campo de las Ciencias Sociales, y particularmente en el contexto educativo, ha dado paso a un “Ciberactivismo” como fenómeno embebido en la “Cibercultura”, y por ende en la “Cibersociedad”, la cual enfatiza nuevas miradas sobre la participación e interacción dialógica entre los actores que cocrean la existencia desde ecosistemas virtuales, sin menospreciar las relaciones concomitantes que pueden surgir entre estos y las diversas herramientas, plataformas y recursos situados en la web, espacio considerado hoy por hoy, un universo lleno de posibilidades para el conocer.
