My hubbie and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary last week and this is the card I made for him. A really simple card, I used some lovely printed card as a base. I cut the heart out from the card and re-attached it using 3D foam pads. I put an Anita's pink ribbon on the top of the card and attached 3 brads. The sentiment is printed on my PC. I rounded the corners with my Woodware punch and attached it with 3D foam pads.
This is the card I made for my daughters to give to us. I layered green and white card for the base. I used my Nesties to cut a base for the image, which is a Penny Black stickeroo. The sentiment is printed on my PC and layered on a piece of green Anita's sticky ribbon. I have rounded the edges with my Woodware punch.

Bride & Groom
Another commission card! I struggled a bit with this until I tried the red which looked great. The base is red Papermania card with a strip of white organza ribbon. The image is by Elzybells - I love their stamps!! I have coloured them in with pencils and Whispers brush makers. I have added a little bit of glitter using my Sakura pen. I printed the sentiment on my PC and rounded one edge with my Woodware corner rounder.
Spotty Cupcake
This is a another commission card. I bought some lovely new Papermania papers - Sweet Nothings - I have used these on the base of the card and also to paper piece the cupcake paper. The image is stamped using Hero Arts Cupcakes. I have cut out the cherry and coloured it with my Glaze pens, I then attached with 3D foam pads. This is layered using green Brazzil Bling. The sentiment is a Craftworks Card mini message.

This is a card I made on a commission. I have used a pearlescent card from Craftwork Cards. The base layer is Papermania embossed vellum (you'll have to open the picture to see the detail) secured with gold brads. The image is a gorgous sparkly embossed sticker layered on ivory pearlescent card. The ribbon is a lovely white organza.

Michelle's Blog Candy
Michelle from The Card Grotto has blog candy to share to celebrate her Blog birthday. Check out her cards while you are there - they are awesome!
A Quick Visit
I'm back for a bit...
I saw this style of card on Elzybells Stamps website and loved it so much, I decided to try it out. It is made using an A4 piece of card cut in half and then folded twice. The stamps are Hero Arts Cupcakes. The cupcakes are coloured using pencils and Glaze pens. I used Stickles on the sprinkles to make them glitter. The scalloped edge is made using Nesties.
The card opens up with an additional panel to write you message on. I have coloured the edges with a bright pink Glaze pen.
