Papers by Dr. Sanyasi Rao Boddepalli
This paper is based on the extensive research done on the industry requirements as a single statement “students do not have enough communication skills” is vague and wide to be addressed in a classroom. The opinions of different MNCs (Multi-National Companies), which include pharmacy, software and hardware industries and HR (Human Resource) Managers involved in the recruitment process were collected in the form of questionnaires. We executed a questionnaire for 24 HR Managers of different companies. The areas covered were teaching methodology, materials used for language teaching, students’ background and industry requirements related to language training. The paper presents the rationale behind the research, the data collected from industry and the implications of the study.
