The side-lying release (SLR) is a bodywork technique by @spinningbabies that can help with pregnancy and labor. It’s a static stretch that involves temporarily softening and enlarging the pelvis to help the baby move into a better position. The SLR can also help with: 
 
Pain relief: The SLR can help ease pain during pregnancy and birth. 
 
Pelvic mobility: The SLR can increase pelvic mobility and balance. 
 
Muscle spasms: The SLR can help release muscle spasms. 
 
Sleep: The SLR can make it easier to sleep during pregnancy. 
 
Labor: The SLR can help address stalls in labor and create longer, softer pelvic floor muscles. 
 
Here are some steps for performing the SLR:

Here's how to do the Miles Circuit to Induce labor. It is a series of stretches to help start labor. Do every day starting at 37 weeks.
