David T H Weir

David  Weir is Professor of Intercultural Management at York St John University and Visiting Professor at Lincoln International Business School, with research interests in the MENA countries of the Middle East, also risky work, and vulnerable systems , auto-ethnography  and critical management. He is a Visiting Professor at University of Jordan in Amman. He has several books including Sociology of Modern Britain, Men and Work in Modern Britain, Risk Management: Theory and Methods, Risk Management:  Problems and Remedies, Researching Craft Beer, Critique to Action, The New Post-oil Gulf, Critical Management Studies at Work, Police Services and Ethnographic Research and Analysis. He has chapters in many books. He writes and performs poems and Has three poems in Viral Verses.
