Motivation
[edit]Plan on adding Q-items for stopplaces in at least one city in Norway and they ought to be added with their ID. Infrastruktur (talk) 07:00, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
Add as an external identifier for most railway and metro stations, bus, tram and light rail stops, passenger and car ferry terminals and airports in Norway. Will use it as authority control, as the database contains important information about the subject. This database is the official base for most Norwegian route planners, ticketing systems and realtime data, and the data are ("by law") provided by the public transport authorities in the different regions. Comment After discovering this is available from OSM via SPARQL, there is probably not any use for this now. Proposal withdrawn. Infrastruktur (talk) 00:07, 24 April 2022 (UTC)As mentioned on the proposal for a NSR quay ID property, there are 852 stations that could use this. But this information is already available from OSM. Infrastruktur (talk) 16:15, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
Support I reopened this, as it is a lot more useful than what Infrastruktur described. I personally plan to add these "by hand", but somebody else might do it in more automated ways (there are APIs). Bergenga (talk) 23:05, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
