Format constraints

I removed all but the basic format constraint. I work at GeneDB, and while some of our IDs conform to a pattern, several species have been "cross-loaded" from third parties, with no pattern whatsoever. If we ever consolidate the IDs here, I'll add the proper constraints back. Until then, they just create lots of unnecessary compute and constraint violations. --Magnus Manske (talk) 08:19, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
