Did not receive an online order. Amazon shipping left parcel on my doorstep which is in full view of a public pathway. Photo verified this, needless to say it was not there on my return home. They refuse to acknowledge fault and said to contact seller who refused to replace as marked delivered, despite emails and photos of the insecure location my parcel was left. Shoddy customer service from both sides. Meanwhile I lose out, would not recommend!

Every single gift i ordered for Christmas, that was delivered by DHL, was simply sent back to supplier! No second delivery attempts, no "leave at the neighbour". I cant be absent from work every time i await DHL delivery. Most inconvenient delivery company i have ever had to deal with. They simply do not care for their customers. Definitely do not recommend using their services!!!

I have never encountered such a terrible and unprofessional delivery service as Xpressbees. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve been fed up with tracking my package and constantly calling their customer service, only to speak with representatives who lack any meaningful updates. Shockingly, they don’t even have proper details about their own partners in their database. Every time I call, I hear the same robotic response: "Sorry, sir, you will receive your order in the next 24 hours. It is already in the destination hub." This is utterly ridiculous when the package has been misrouted FIVE times within Bangalore! My parcel, which was supposed to be delivered on 17th December, is still undelivered as of today. Instead, it remains stuck in their broken system, endlessly misrouted. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding Xpressbees at all costs.

Had a few packages delivered by intelcom a few years back . And let me say this they are pretty damn reliable more reliable than the competition couriers and this concludes with yesterdays reliable service
