COMPONENTS
1. Turning Screw - Screws can be used to lift objects to a certain height, such
as when using a jack to lift a car .Screws can be used as linkages in
machines to transfer power.
2. Crank - Hand crank screw jack is used for manually operating the screw jack. It's a very
cost-effective solution for lifting, lowering the load, or push-pull applications

3. High Torque Motor - A high torque motor in a screw jack is used to provide the
necessary power to lift heavy loads by converting rotational force (torque) into linear
motion, which raises or lowers the screw jack's lifting mechanism.

4. Supporting Arms - Play a key role in stabilizing and providing support to the jack when
lifting or lowering heavy loads. These arms are essential for ensuring the screw jack
functions safely and effectively.
5. Supporting Frame - That holds and supports the various components of the jack,
including the lifting screw, motor (if applicable), base, and other moving parts. The frame
provides overall stability and strength to the screw jack during operation, ensuring it can
lift heavy loads safely without tipping or bending under pressure.

6. Joints - These joints are critical for ensuring smooth operation, stability, and load
handling. Depending on the design of the screw jack, there can be various types of joints,
each serving a specific purpose.

7. Screws and Bolts - Set screws may be used to lock components, such as collars or
handles, in position. Locking bolts ensure that components remain stable under vibration
or dynamic loading conditions.
WORKING

An automated screw jack uses a motor and gearbox to lift

loads electrically, instead of manually. The screw jack is
operated by turning a lead screw of jack. The effort
required to operate the screw is eliminated by using 12 V
DC Motor.
The remote control allows the user to operate the screw
jack from a distance, which increases safety when lifting
heavy objects.
By automating a screw jack, efficiency and safety are
significantly enhanced, especially for repetitive or high-
load applications.
APPLICATIONS

1.Automotive repair (e.g., lifting vehicles).

2.Industrial machinery positioning.
3.Robotics and automated assembly lines.
4.Construction equipment.
5.Screw jacks can elevate platforms in workshops.
6.Screw jacks can open and close heavy doors or gates.
7.Screw jacks can raise and lower boats in dry docks.
