HUBUNGAN KERJA

• Hubungan Kerja adalah suatu hubungan yang timbul


Antara pekerja dan pengusaha setelah diadakan
perjanjian sebelumnya oleh pihak yang bersangkutan.

• Menurut Pasal 1 angka 15 UU No.13 Th. 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan :


Hubungan kerja adalah hubungan antara pengusaha dengan pekerja/buruh berdasarkan
perjanjian kerja, yang mempunyai unsur pekerjaan, upah, dan perintah.
Perjanjian Kerja sebagai Dasar Hubungan Kerja 3
Pasal 50 UUK menegaskan bahwa: “Hubungan kerja
terjadi karena adanya perjanjian kerja antara
pengusaha dan pekerja/buruh.

UUK memberikan pengertian perjanjian kerja sebagai


berikut: “Perjanjian kerja adalah perjanjian antara
pekerja/buruh dengan pengusaha atau pemberi kerja
yang memuat syarat-syarat kerja, hak, dan kewajiban
para pihak. “
