Assessment of the Project
 Project F.I.V.E. has successfully contributed to higher literacy rates among
Brgys affected by insurgency, as educational assistance provides resources and
support for individuals to access and engage in learning.

 Project F.I.V.E. targeted educational assistance, the program has empowered


young individuals, offering them a chance to acquire skills and knowledge by
sending them to schools, with a sense of purpose and reducing susceptible
ideologies of CPP-NPA-NDF.

 Project F.I.V.E. strengthened community bonds by promoting education within


affected areas, the program has played a crucial role in building stronger
community bonds, fostering cooperation, and creating a shared commitment to a
peaceful and educated society.

Assessment of the Project
 Project F.I.V.E. diminished recruitment opportunities. The provision of
educational assistance disrupts the appeal of CTGs to recruits of young
individuals especially students, reducing the pool of potential recruits the
program offered alternative pathways for personal and community development.

 The Project F.I.V.E. focuses on education that ensures a long-term, sustainable


impact on the affected barangays, breaking the cycle of insurgency by investing
in the intellectual and social development of the community.
