Novena to

St. Anthony of Padua

Loving shepherd of thy
sheep, Keep thy lamb, in
safety keep; Nothing can
thy power withstand,
None can pluck me from
thy hand.
I would bless thee every
day, Gladly all thy will
obey, Like thy blessed
ones above, Happy in
thy precious love.
Loving Shepherd, ever
near, Teach thy lamb
thy voice to hear; Suffer
not my steps to stray
From the straight and
narrow way.
Where thou leadest I
would go, Walking in thy
steps below, Till before
my Father’s throne I
shall know as I am
known.
Prayer to the Glorious
St. Anthony of Padua
O Glorious St. Anthony of
Padua, you are a living
flame of faith, charity and
zeal burning totally for the
glory of God and for the
salvation of souls.
You nurture and care
the flowering and the
gathering of the great
harvest in the eternal
granaries.
You groan and sigh to
the divine presence to
respond perfectly to
the divine command of
the Heart of Jesus:
“Rogate ergo Dominum
messis, ut mittat
operarios in messem
suam.” We humbly come
to you to beseech you
for this particular
spirit of praying for
good workers for
the holy Church
from the Most holy
Trinity and the most
holy Heart of Jesus and
of Mary. Grant us, great

command.
May innumerable hearts
be shaken and be filled
with great zeal for the
divine mission of the
Evangelical Rogation of
the Heart of Jesus.
May this effective prayer
for obtaining good workers
for the holy Church,
resound and spread
through the entire holy
Church and the whole
world.
May the most holy
Hearts of Jesus and
Mary, deign to fulfil the
creation of chosen and
innumerable laborers for
the future.
From this very moment,
may powerful vocations
who are well-disposed
and prepared by the
divine grace to the holy
priesthood
and consecrated life
be formed as chosen
workers according to
the Heart of Jesus.
O Saint of Miracles,
crown the heavenly work
of salvation, with so
many spiritual and
material blessings in the
world.
Crown it with the
universal spreading of
this spirit of prayer, so

reign of Satan be
destroyed
and may all souls be

Pray that we may be
given new hope, new

beginning to its end.

Thanksgiving
St. Anthony, God has
helped me abundantly
through your prayer and
has strengthened me in my

Ikaw lamang ang

lakas mong angkin.
Ikaw ang siyang pag-

Kahit ang puso ko’y
