Tracks
Releasing track tension, when releasing the track tension you
should unscrew the grease nipple not more that ½ a turn and
then allow the grease to purge out.
The reason for this is that the tracks are under extreme
pressure .
When the grease stops running out the grease nipple can be
removed fully

SANDVIK HYDROCONE
CH430
A cone crusher is a rotational device. The CSS runs around the circumference
of the fixed concave. Material passes through the chamber by gravity moving
into the space created by the OSS.
One half revolution later the CSS compresses the rock and thus it is crushed
and reduced. This occurs in most cone crushers 5-6 times per second.
By this method the crusher will sense an even load throughout each and every
revolution.

All seven chambers in one topshell
•Conversion is simple and quick as no plastic backing is used.
•For EC no filler ring is used . For F,MF &M the M filler ring is
used, & for EF, MC & C the C filler ring is used.
•Conversion occasionally requires a filler ring, but often concave ring
only.

•Increasing throw allows more material to enter chamber during each
revolution.Capacity will increase. kW will increase as work required increases.
•Reducing throw allows less material into chamber.Capacity will reduce.kW will
reduce which, if required, will allow setting to be reduced and finer product
achieved.

•Clean the threads of the main shaft (2) and inner head nut (1).
•Use any degreaser available.
•Install the inner head nu, make sure it can run all the way down
freely.
•Remove inner head nut.
•Apply Loc-tite 270 or equivalent on the threads of the main shaft.
•Install the inner head nut and screew it down to where it locks
against the radius (3) of the mainshaft. 2
