their screen size. While compact
and portable, the smaller screen
can be a challenge for tasks that
require detailed or multitasking
work.
Limitations of Tablet Productivity Tools

Processing Power: Tablets may have

limited processing power compared to
desktop or laptop computers. This can
affect their performance, especially for
resource-intensive tasks like video
editing or complex data analysis.
Limitations of Tablet Productivity Tools

Using Fill Handles
The fill handle in Microsoft Excel
is a small square at the lower-
right corner of a selected cell or
range. It's a powerful tool for
quickly populating cells with a
sequence of data. When you
drag the fill handle, Excel
automatically fills adjacent cells
based on the pattern of the initial
selection.
Using Fill Handles
For example, instead of manually typing
all the months in the year, you can use the
fill handle to make your encoding faster.

You can start with the first item in the

sequence (e.g. January). Select the cell
and then click the circle on the corner to
activate the fill handle. Once you click the
word fill, the circle will turn into a square
indicating that the fill handle is toggled.
Using Fill Handles
Click and drag the small square at the
lower-right corner of the selected cell up to
the cell where you want to apply the
sequence.

As you press and hold the square, you will

see a preview of the next value in the
sequence displayed in a tooltip.
Continue dragging and holding the square
until you reach the desired cell.
The selected cells will be automatically
filled with a sequential pattern, such as
months from January to December.
Using Fill Handles (Number Sequence)

When working with number

sequences, it's important to note that
using the fill handle in the same way as
before might not produce the desired
result. For instance, if you intend to fill
cells with sequential numbers from 1 to
a specific value, the usual process will
fill all cells with the number 1.
Using Fill Handles (Number Sequence)
To resolve the sequence issue, you
need to specify the next number in the
sequence, allowing the spreadsheet to
recognize the desired numerical
pattern.
In this example, let's assume the
sequence increments by 1, so we'll
enter the number 2. Afterward, select
both cells and click the circle in the
corner to activate the clipboard menu.
Using Fill Handles (Number Sequence)

Click the 'FILL' button to

enable the fill handle. Next,
drag the square to the target
cell where you intend to
populate the sequence, and
release your touch to
complete the action.
ACTIVITY
Utilizing Fill Handles
Utilizing Fill Handles
In this activity you can utilize the power of using
fill handles especially in populating sequences.
In the each column, you must be able to fill the
sequence of the following:

Column A: Odd Numbers from 1 to 49

Column B: Even Numbers from 2 to 50
Column C: Days of the Week (Monday to
Sunday)
Column D: Time Sequence (8:00 to 20:00)
Column E: Currency Sequence ($100 to $2000)
