exempted from the Preparatory Department and can directly
start studying in their departments.

• Those who are not proficient enough are placed in different

level groups in the Preparatory Department according to their
results obtained from the Proficiency and Placement Exam.

Exam given at the end of the Fall Semester. Those who are
successful can continue their studies in their departments in
the Spring Semester.

• All students (no matter of their level) can take the Proficiency
Exam given at the end of the Spring Semester. Those who are
successful can continue their studies in their departments in
the upcoming Fall Semester.
